@@MakingItMyOwn yeah I’m finally home from hospital after 35 days and 6 surgeries so I’m still having to take it easy so I’ve got the time to watch a LOT of stuff. 😜 You give me so much inspiration and as soon as I’m up to it I will be back in my studio.
Congratulations on your grandson!!🥳 Babies are gifts from God and such a joy. They sure grow up fast though. My grandson is almost eight and his sister just turned a year. Every moment with them is magical.
Anyway, I did pick up a couple of fairy doors on clearance today at dollar tree that I will be repainting like you do. I missed out on the calendars I wanted because I was in hospital, but I’m gonna try up in OKC to see if they have any of what I’m looking for. My mind is always abuzz though imagining how I can “make it my own!”
I sure appreciate all the time and effort you put into creating such wonderful works of art and the editing and everything.

I enjoyed your crafts today. I like the last with can & the blessed sign. I have a milk can that the handles were off. For handles I used faux leather straps. They look very nice. I put about 20 fall field flowers & leaves in mine. Love it.

I love them all but think the farmhouse one is the first I'm going to make as I have made several things with that tissue paper. I am going to then do the pumpkin you spray painted. I bought one of those dishes not knowing what to do other than set it out! I will also do a version of the calendar. I have this year's that is similar except the paper is thinner. Yes I love the detail on how you make the ribbon because I am brand new to crafting and I cannot do a ribbon yet even though I bought when them easy bow makers I guess I don't have the finger structure for it or whatever so I appreciate the slowed-down tutorial that you did I love it yes ma'am, thank you

It amazes me what you find at the thrift store! Wish I could find whatever I need at the thrift store...just a bit of friendly advice...don't use E6000 on wood it's not for porous surfaces it just soaks in and doesn't work as well...just for all my fellow craters out there..

Thank you! I use all kinds of glue sticks but my favorite is gorilla glue because it has such a strong hold. I hope this helps.

My ribbon as well as all my other supplies came from either Goodwill, Dollar Tree and Dirt Cheap. Some things I’ve had for years as I used to scrap book. I’m sorry I can’t be more specific. Thank you for your interest!

Question. What is the difference in glue sticks. What type is best for felt?
You can get multipurpose glue sticks, gorilla which is more permanent and fabric glue sticks as well as glitter glue sticks for anything you like. I’ve used regular glue sticks on felt but it can leave a raised line where you put it. Something like a liquid fabric glue in a bottle may be a better option for you. Hope this helps!
