She is the biggest athlete on the planet today! And I never thought I'd ever say anything like that in my life especially about a WNBA player! She is the Goat of Goats!! Woah slow down there. Let her at least complete three or four or five seasons before anointing her the GOAT of GOATS! But I think -and hope- your words might come true so long as she can stay unseriously injured. As to who changed their sport the most, forget not a kid named Cassius Clay. And he took the whole world with him! I once knew someone who walked across the middle of Africa alone in the seventies and eighties. He took with him two pictures of himself with sponsors of his trip, to introduce himself to the largely isolated tribes he came across. One was the Pope. Seeing his cross they understood he was a Great Chief of his tribe. Then they were shown my friend standing alongside a grinning Mohammed Ali, his arm draped around his shoulder. All the tribes that saw this went crazy and couldn't do enough for him.

Caitlin plays like Larry Bird and moves like Pistol Pete. Bring back Angel McCoughtry from retirement to basketball and she will protect Caitlin Clark from the girls that are not showing her respect on the court. She should be getting a percentage of the ticket sales of every game she plays in.

Too many vested interests at stake ...specially personal emotions ....after all we are all individuals and most of the time, it takes objectivity and inner strenght to get away from our self shell and evaluate reality to synch our own inner reality.... . Wnba legends, unfurtunately are comparing the attention Clark is getting, their signature achievement been reached and over passed by a new comer..(to the point that they forget that they are not playing anymore...4getting the big picture of their roles ...to endorse and grow the league) . We are only humans after all ...being great as something, many times makes us 4get how much effort was invested into achieving it and humbleness and self awareness get out of the conversations... . .Now reality comes and we, espectators have a chance to see the real person behind the beloved legends ... unfurtunately we see how petty, unsecure and how poor emotional IQ...IS RAMPANT of these people we admire ...so sad ...but we are only humans after all.

I hope so as her humility skill and attitude to her team mates speak volumes in support for the title ....the mere fact that it is a New zealander writing this living on the other side of the planet watching spell bound live in the early hours of the morning a game that wasn't even on his radar until this year bears testomy to the fact Caitlin is certainly on the right track .
