These are the basic concepts to calculate end of service benefits.
1. Below 5 years of service: Each year half salary.
2. Above 5 years of service: Each year one salary.
3. If contract is terminated by company then worker will get full amount.
4. If contract is terminated by worker then worker will not get full amount.
4.1 If contract is terminated before 2 years then no EOS.
4.2 If contract is terminated before 5 years then 66% of EOS amount will be deducted.
4.3 If contract is terminated after 5 years then 33% of EOS amount will be deducted.
4.4 If contract is terminated after 10 years then no deduction, worker will get 100%f EOS amount.
