    If you were starting from scratch now, would you prefer the Ricoh 360 tour, the Matterport, or another? The issue is paying the subscription fees... Thanks Andrei, your videos are really good.

      Thanks so much! Yeah the subscription fees are a bummer for all these services, hopefully a few clients using the service pays for it thought and brings some income! I think I would use this one, was never a huge fam of Matterport, especially the huge camera. Plus all the new AI features are pretty nice!

    but with all this tech...do you think realtors can "skip" RE photographers?

    • @AndreiRestrepo
      @AndreiRestrepo  10 месяцев назад

      I still don’t think a lot of agents will do that because they don’t have the time or the will to learn all this stuff. Some will for sure, but I think a RE photographer could add this as a service add on along with RE Photos or other services!

    Thanks for the video, is there a floor plan software that you recommend so these work together and can place the shots in the right place? Thx....

    Looks cool! How do you think it compares to Insta360 X3?

    • @AndreiRestrepo
      @AndreiRestrepo  10 месяцев назад +1

      Pretty similar, but I like the the IS360 can be used for other stuff too. Haven’t used the x3 (yet ) but compared to the one RS, ya I like the extra stuff it can do outside of RE

    Which photo quality is better overrall? Insta360 RS 1-inch or the Theta? It's such a coin toss because of the fact that you can just have theta's software load up the virtual tour; while on the other i hand from what i've seen on RUclips is that the Insta360 1inch can get INSANE image quality but then you have an extra step in post by loading it into insta360, then loading it into matterport or a virutal tour page. The theta is all one stop shop. Such a hard decision to make. If i was a new starting out real estate photographer for a real estate photo business- do you suggest the Insta360 1inch or the theta camera? Thanks!!!

      @AndreiRestrepo  9 месяцев назад +1

      Hey! Great question. Strictly talking image quality, I think I'd have to give the edge to the IS360 1-ich for the 1 inch sensor. But like you said, Theta is a one stop shop completely geared for RE professionals. If you're interested in also being able to use the IS360 camera for other work like an action or 360 camera, then that would be the choice since it can do both.

    Your video is the only place where you say we can take the 360 and make a 2D photo.
    Please explain how to do that?
    Thanks in advance

      I showcase how to do it in the 3d tour menu at time stamp 8:08! While previewing the 3D tour, it's an option "export 2D photo"

    I’m new to RE photography and using the SC2 and the Zillow platform for my tours. How would you say this compares? Is it worth the subscription fee?

    • @mattryanherrmann
      @mattryanherrmann 10 месяцев назад

      I had a lot of issues with how Zillow attaches the tour to the listing. A lot of the time there are duplicate listings for the same address, one will be the correct 'active' for sale listing and the other will be an old off market listing of the same home. I would constantly have the tour only attach to the off market listing and have to contact Zillow support every week. No such issues with the Ricoh app as the agent attaches the tour through the MLS.

      This is the first Ricoh camera I’ve used so can’t say much about the sc2 or used Zillow tours, but I can say that their system works pretty well for what they offer! The AI stuff they’re implemented is pretty sweet too. Thanks for watching!

    I get a lot of requests to blur out family pictures from listing photos--can this be done on the tours?

    • @AndreiRestrepo
      @AndreiRestrepo  10 месяцев назад

      Hmm, that’s a good question! I’d have to dive in and see about that. But yeah that’s annoying having to do that. Thanks for watching !

      Thanks so much! You host on ricohs website and then can share the link with the agent and they can attach it to the listing, send to potential buyers, share on socials, anything! Thanks for watching

      @AndreiRestrepo  3 месяца назад +1

      Hey! Haven't used Kuula, just matterport. Ricoh I believe doesn't accept IS360 cameras.. not sure on that. But you can use IS360 cameras for matterport tours, I actually have a video on that!

    Do you have an example of a tour that I can share to my boss to sell them on the program? I don’t just want to share a video to them, I want them to actually get to use a tour.
