Calculation ഇല്‍ multiplying factor 1200* 600 size ഇല്‍ ഉള്ള tiles ന് 8 അല്ല, 7.75 ആണ് എടുക്കേണ്ടത് എന്നാണ് കുറച്ചു സ്നേഹിതരുടെ നിര്‍ദേശം.. ശരി ആണ്.. നമ്മൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനു മാത്രമേ കാശ് കൊടുക്കേണ്ടത് ഉള്ളു.. ഈ വ്യത്യാസം ഒരു market practice ആണെന്ന് ഉള്ള ധാരണയില്‍ ആണ് amount ഞങ്ങൾ agree ചെയതത്..ഇതൊക്കെ ഒരു കച്ചവടതന്ത്രം ആണെന്ന് കരുതുന്നു..അപ്പോൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ tile purchase ഇല്‍ ഈ ഒരു point കൂടി ശ്രദ്ധിക്കും എന്ന് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു.. ഇതൊരു പുതിയ അറിവായിരുന്നു.. പറഞ്ഞു തന്ന മാന്യ സുഹൃത്തുക്കള്‍ക്ക് ഒരു വലിയ 'Thanks'.
Off course the area of one tile wouldn't come 8 as per actual dimensions it will be 7.75sqft

Wonderful information 4×2 tile means only 7.75 sq feet only ...for a Rs 100 tile difference is Rs 25 ( instead of 800 its only 775 ) when it's comes to 100 sq feet Rs 25000, hope it's correct..

Your views on premium levied on larger tiles. Is it worth it?
If we go for larger tiles, there is more chance for wastage ( as per our room size). So, logically our tile size selection is justifiable for us. Larger tiles mandatorily require Tile adhesives ( again expensive))
Justifiable much.
Ads and videos are luring into buying bigger tiles. Decision adjourned.
Though, would like to know, if you went for spacer or paper joints.
