Hey great content . Maybe u can also explain how can people transfer their money for buying a property in the foreign country- the procedure , what banks allow , the cost , how u open a bank account as a resident and as a non resident. That would be also interesting for people ( potential investers ) .
Wouldn't it make sense to buy all international properties through a secure offshore holding company, for example Switzerland, and manage everything from one place and avoid inheritance tax completely? The company would be able to offset all maintenance and property related costs aa well and also guarantee some form of protection.
At my income I better find a country that I like and stay there as perminently as possible. Personally, what Andrew calls boring is often what I look for. It happened after I left Cleveland which has plenty to do but one of the higher crime rates in the USA. I reminds me of some of the Latinos where I work; they move out to the corn and soy bean fields from Miami, FL and love it out ?????
You can own condos freehold as long as the foreigner quota for the building hasn't been met but not houses on land (it's possible but more headache than it's worth).
Hi Andrew , do you have a Rep Office In Singapore? ie. thinking of getting some Pty Consultancy with benefit of Legal Advice . Am agreeable to pay reasonable Consultancy & Legal fees . 😊
Honestly this cannot be overemphasized, helping people mitigate unforseen circumstances and mistakes .It's always good to have a financial plan,
sir you are not only knowledgeable but you also have an exquisite taste.

Very, very interesting, sound reasoning. Pity that you spend in some places just a 2 weeks in year. That condo in Bogotá is really cozy, inviting.
Those here great questions asked and great answers that you had 😅
Glad you enjoyed!
which countries can you get residency by simply buying a property? without stay requirements, income etc
Hi, here you can see one of the videos about obtaining citizenship by investment: ruclips.net/video/mO7veo7ob-E/видео.html
El Salvador 3 Bitcoin
best one so far i know of is Georgia. BUT i'm buying for retirement and skiing.
The UAE lets you get residency for a certain amount of real estate, plus there's basically no taxes.

I was thinking the same thing. I also think it would make sense to have a partner or two in the company.
@@robjus1601 Indeed, for example giving away 1% or 2% to one or two familily members so you can easily transfer shares.
Andrew, how do you live in Malaysia with such climate?
It's a hell on the earth.
Humid, hot, raining, traffic, bugs..
Most people hide in the A/C in hot climates, or hide in the heat in cold climates.
you can always use internet to pay the bills if utility company allow you to do that!
Do you finance when you buy properties overseas ?

So, you can become a permanent resident by buying a property and yet avoid becoming a tax resident by leaving within 6 months each year?
Serbia most difficult to manage anything xD
You have to pay property taxes on all of these properties.
