I have Polo GT TSi Automatic 2021 model, I had purchased HiFi 4+1 Service value package for 39000 ( wiper blades 2 sets ,Battery, brake disk, Brake pads are provided free with this package). Not a single rupee extra is required to pay for service till 5 years or 75000 km. I love my car!!
Bhayya neenu VW last 7 years nunchi vento and polo use chesa. Guntur service center lo aite i had very worst experience, because every visit i used to pay not less than 15,000/-. Built quality untundi ane kani service matram waste, vallu eche good year tyre picha low quality. akkada work chese mechanic's ki assalu problem ento kuda teliadu. i called VW head office many times and review echa, but aina staff ni marcharu. neene kadu chala mandi customers same suffer avurtaru Guntur sevice center lo aite. Na suggestion aite VW konakandi, eppudu unna cars lo best quality tho, mandi range lo and manchi millage kavali with low maintenance ante go with tata. "Basic ga neenu VW lover still using POLO, aina kuda cheptuna, consider my words."

We 4 travelled from Vizag to Mumbai , there was no issue for 4. But for 5 its very cramped and if rear passengers are above 5'9 will be uncomfortable

I owned Polo TDI 1.5 since 5years... What he said exactly true... Maintenance cost compared other cars very less because Polo service cycle time 15000km once but other brands all are 10000km cycle... Based on service period with kilometres service cost almost same or lesser .....
Other thing VW & AUDI brand won't get problems like Japanese cars... and every mechanic cannot handle that's why they easily blame VW & AUDI very costly.. they all miss guide...
Trust me truly it's gem and you won't get any problems...

i have a polo 2015 model high line tdi , after 7 years it still gives me confidence to drive in highway like no i20, swift or altroz gives, if u r driver and go for high ways and hilly region go for polo, if u r sitting in the back seat go for some other car.
@@thebrave2498 Altroz is safe vehicle but driving dynamics especially in highway and curvy roads u can drive polo and compare ur self. yes agree Polo is old truck and feels like that as well especially for the first 20 minutes when u start the car .
