  • sorry about the obnoxious music, please let me know if it would be helpful if I recreated this video a little more tolerable
    In this video I go over what needs to be done immediately after a brain injury; what I wished I had avoided in previous recoveries and what has helped me recover the most. I also show how I overcame EMF sensitivity, fibromyalgia and many other symptoms.

    Thank you for this! One side-effect I've had from this most recent concussion is dissociation (depersonalization/derealization) and marijuana first triggered that in me years ago, this concussion triggered it again. So be careful with marijuana! Wish I could still smoke it... used to love it but unfortunately has really nasty side-effects for me now

    • @_.hello_friend._
      @_.hello_friend._  3 года назад

      Oh I'm so sorry about that. I find that taking it in different forms has different effects. They have it here in FL available in a powder that you mix with any drink and it's so much more milder (but really effective in relief) than smoking the flower.
      I hope you feel better

      Hi thank you for watching. Would you be interested in an updated video without the shooting background music?
      Which supplements in specific? All supplements should be cycled. Typically I take things for a month and then take a week or so break and start back up again- depending on the supplement.

      The bacground music doesn't bother me. Thanks for the reply! I was refferring to reishi mushroom, cognitex elite and neuro optimiser. So you mean we have to take these on and off forever? otherwise symptoms return?
      I thought we should take them just for some time until we get better :(

      @@erlag5653 no not forever.
      Each one of our injuries or reasons for or symptoms is very different than the next person. So I'm just pointing out different supplements that I tried or come across. It's not a guarantee that it'll help someone else's specific symptoms. From my own experience, I've learned to always start one supplement at a time, taking a fraction of the recommended dose -and then see how my body reacts to it. If it's no reaction or good reaction, then I up it to the full dose. Typically I'll take a supplement for a month and the reassess. Take a break for two weeks and see how my body responds. If I'm doing good without it, then typically I don't go back on till I find a need for it. If I do go back on it, I typically try to allow for a two week break and then start up again. The body needs to cycle things, you also don't want to build a tolerance to anything or have your body dependent on anything.
      I hope this answer helps.

    Hello and thank you for this video!
    I’m 6 weeks out of a concussion and have some lingering symptoms. I started on the mushroom extract you listed and the neuro optimizer from jarrows as well that you mentioned this week. They immediately cut through the brain fog, anxiety, and vertigo. Very very happy with how I was feeling. I ended up skipping a day of the neuro optimizer after 2 days of using it to see how I felt, and I had some vertigo snd headaches return back worse than when I started taking the supplements. Do you think there’s any cause for concern over having aggravated symptoms? Or should I just keep plugging away with the neuro optimizer? Thanks again!

    • @_.hello_friend._
      @_.hello_friend._  2 года назад

      I'm so glad it cut through the brain fog!
      And I'm also glad you were able to get thru my painful video. As far as your question, I couldn't tell you exactly - but I could give you some of my thoughts concerning that. If I were in your position, I would just be very conscious of how I react to certain things - and when. I know that when the body is killing off bacteria, viruses, parasites and such - when they die off - the person experiences more symptoms as these things die and are purged out. That's why if someone has a lot of toxicity or things I mentioned above - they must kill off these things and purge slowly - so as not to experience to many off the die - off symptoms.
      So it's possible that is what you're experiencing. However, like I mentioned it could also be from any other such factor we haven't thought of yet. - you know what I mean? I can't advise you how to proceed, do what you feel comfortable with. But if it were me, I would continue to take it and cycle off and on a couple times and see how it effects me.

    • @_.hello_friend._
      @_.hello_friend._  2 года назад

      Also it's possible that since it helped for two days - that when you stopped - it appeared to you that the symptoms were worse, but it could be just your perception because you had two days free of symptoms.... Sorry Im not good at explaining, does this make sense?

      Thanks for the response! And I definitely get all your points. Thanks for taking the time to write that out for me. I think I’ll keep cycling on and off until I find a balance. My first day on the neuro optimizer I went full dosage of 4 capsules throughout the day and I think that may have just been too much, which may have caused some unintentional overstimulation that I felt after the fact. Will definitely play with that dose. But, like I said, it definitely cut through a lot of my concerns and am better now than I was before as a result, so really do appreciate all the info. Easier to see how much the brain fog was pushing me into anxiety now that it’s lifted.

      Hey sorry for the late reply. I've managed to remove majority of the symptoms. But struggling to figure out one big one, which is the muscle atrophy. The psilocybin helps tremendously with that. But it hasn't been a permanent fix.

    Yeah the whole loss of consciousness thing needs to be unlearned. Somebody struck me in the head and fractured my skull. I even stayed on my feet. The body is going to do that to protect itself if it has to. I feel I don't get the right help because of that little detail though.

      @@RaneBane yeah of course.
      Ten years ago I had my first traumatic brain injury while snowboarding. I fell into an ice trench in between two mountains, and I tried to get out, I did an incomplete flip and landed on my head on compact ice, all the weight of my body and speed of the flip on my skull without a helmet, then my body ripped to the side.
      Then about a year later when I started to be able to walk again, a friend wanted to cheer me up by taking me on the back of his motorcycle, cuz i used to ride before my injury. We ended up flipping. And the motorcycle flipped multiple times in the air, smashing us down into the pavement multiple times. Then this last one was the worst. Just last November, just when I began to be as functional as ever in ten years, a compact metal pole fell from a warehouse ceiling I was in and struck my skull down the center. Now I have like partial paralysis that we are trying to figure out.
