Parker may not like being under his thumb but like Tony once told him, "You signed the contract, didn't you?" Parker should be a little more thankful. After all he became a millionaire off of Tony Beets and his claims.

The wood from that shaft itself is with some serious cash money to cabinet and furniture makers both for its age and it's history provenance with a signed claim documented from him.
I've seen items like those made from shipwreck wood go for tens of thousands of dollars when I lived in the Florida Keys depending on what kind of wood it was and other factors.
Even regular Driftwood gets a darn better price that normal wood.

i doubt it bro, it's an old mineshaft in the yukon. it's frozen and thawed out every year, covered with water and dried out. i wouldn't want to sit on it or set a table on it LUL. it would be nice to see them preserve the history, but it would be a herculean effort to excavate that site archaeologically and incredibly dangerous. if it was closer to a road and such it may well have gotten the archaeological treatment, but in its current state it's just an abandoned mineshaft.

There's probably so much gold that we have not mined. It's gotta be basically in any sufficiently large enough hill that was formed long enough ago to have had cosmic glitter fly onto it. It's only made from the supernova explosions, or leftover from asteroids which collected it from supernovae, so it's likely in large amounts everywhere at a certain depth in the Earth, so long as it doesn't result in digging below the ocean floor, because there likely isn't gold under there, just magma.

I wonder if it wouldn´t be enough to cover the ground with plastic foil, like you do in farming on the fields, to generate a little greenhouse effect under the foil? To generate a little greenhouse effect when the sun shines onto the foil and the heat gets trapped underneath.

Never considered myself a preservationist, but I have a great respect for nature's ecology...the way they just ravage the land to find gold, seems a bit extreme...I know they are required to "restore" the land once its mined, but it will never be what it was...

100 years from now if it’s left to regrow naturally you will never have been able to tell the difference. When the miners 100 years ago were in that mine they would have chopped down every tree right near the shaft for lumber. But obviously in this video it’s a fully regrown forest .

I come from a part of the country where there have been logging trees since the beginning of this country and they're still logging trees on the same land because they replant after each logging. You'll be surprised how quick nature will reclaim what's hers once we pull out of the area.

There should be a law that these mining companies have to plant lavender on all used claims, whether they're privately owned or publicly. They only have to do the bare minimum in effort for land recovery.

@@ouodo they have to get there first unfortunately. But alot of the dirt and rocks they upturn have alot of toxic materials in them the get left behind. Lavender actually likes very poor rocky soils and they also revitalize the soil. So its a win win for all. Better for the environment safer for the kids.

@@AlphaCobraNFG lavender likes poor rocky soils so they help with the toxic material that is lifted up through the used materials they sift through to get the gold. I'm all for getting gold but with responsibly and integrity in renewing, from what you take.

I have some bad thinking because to me if that area was mined years ago and they got down there so deep , the gold was found already and that there might be just a measely amount of gold. I hope I’m wrong and Tony finds the gold…..

Kevin's cut is 85000sqft alone, how could all the gold be down just that one small mineshaft, that took months to clear by hand but 30 mins to clear with an excavator? The "old timers" would not have been able to process 1% of the daily paydirt a Tony's company can.
