- How to make the easiest Steamed Milk Cupcakes in 15 minutes.
This recipe yields 12 pieces cupcakes. You can bake this too if you want to but it's not as fluffy when it's steamed.
Please bake at 180C(356F) for 18-20 minutes.

Here's what you'll need:
Ingredients:
1 cup evap milk (250ml)
1 egg (55-60g)
3 tbsp melted butter (35g)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
Sift together:
1 and a half cup all purpose flour (187g) Sorry for the typo error in the video!!!
1½ tsp baking powder (7g)
1/4 tsp salt (2g)

هذه الوصفة تنتج 12 قطعة كب كيك. يمكنك خبز هذا أيضًا إذا كنت ترغب في ذلك ولكنه ليس رقيقًا عندما يتم تبخيره. :) استمتع أعزاء!
إليك ما ستحتاج إليه:
مكونات:
1 كوب حليب مبخر (250 مل)
1 بيضة (55-60 جم)
3 ملاعق كبيرة زبدة ذائبة (35 جم)
1/2 كوب سكر (100 جم)
نخلط معا:
1 كوب ونصف دقيق متعدد الاستخدامات (187 جم)
1½ ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج بودر (7 جم)
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملح (2 جم)

Ingredientes:
1 xícara de leite evap (250ml)

3 colheres de sopa de manteiga derretida (35g)
1/2 xícara de açúcar (100g)
Peneire junto:
1 xícara e meia de farinha de trigo (187g)
1½ colher de chá de fermento em pó (7g)
1/4 de colher de chá de sal (2g)

I've tried this recipe yesterday and it was really delicious! I baked it, the cupcakes didn't rise though but the taste is still really good. I am going to bake it again today and see if it rises

Savor easy, I just made these according to video of your typo 120g flour, forgot that was an error (187g is the correct one as in description box). However 120g flour did turn out super delicious and cake did rise properly(steamed 15min). Great recipe!

Thank you for sharing your video and recipe. I tried it steamed, but it didn’t look perfectly as yours. The water dripped on the batter so it didn’t rise as much as it should be. Also, I tried baking it, and it looked better than steamed. Anyway, that was a good try. It tasted good though 😃
