Almost all apartments in the UK are leasehold due the nature of there being multiple properties on one piece of land.
400K to much for the area.
Funny you say that, prices started from £310k for the first phase and the properties have increased in value even more since we toured it. 🤣 This location is a 10 minute walk to the City Centre and Birmingham New Street station which has direct trains to London. There's a great demand for properties in the location and they are Freehold.
The area? I'd be more concerned with that price for the property itself! A dolls house.... As the saying goes 'a fool and his money are soon parted' 🤣🤣🤣
