Great review, I've had the mini for some time and use it in the office. Over the past year or so I've used it it's done the job perfectly, and I find myself in the same boat with no real desire to replace it anytime soon. This is coming from someone who overall prefers mechanical keyboards.
Totally agree. Tbh I've been thinking about getting the mini keyboard, especially if commuting via public transport. Thanks for your comment. Please subscribe! :)
I bought an MX Keys keyboard a year or so ago. Periodically, over time, It will lose the Bluetooth connection along with my Logi mouse, M650L, uncharacteristically it happened twice in one week recently, usually just happens every couple of months or so. . On my Windows 11 High spec Dell PC. Looking online I have not been able to find a definitive answer to fix this. The only solution to fix and restart it all is to hold the power button on the PC down for a second until it shuts down. Then I have to physically unplug and replug the mains power chord on the back of the PC. Only then will it come back on reboot? My PC is set to go to sleep after one hour if unused. To wake the computer I have to touch the power button on it. Hitting the MX Keys spacebar will not do it. If you or anyone else has any solutions to these niggling problems would be great to hear. My PC is plugged in to an old 2008 Canon printer and an external Wifi 6E usb adaptor from Netgear. The adaptor is a recent addition but the problem has been going on way before adding it.
Does the key board have to be switched on when charging and when charging, the green light pulsates slowly is this normal? How long does it take to fully charge when first connected.
It has flimsy keycaps, and if your type with your nails they’ll lose their painting in short time. I usually put my hand over the left side of the keyboard, and guess what, this side started to lose its gray painting. Poor materials for a $100 keyboard.
@@SabeTheApple Also the right Enter key gets stuck half the time. I contacted Logitech and they sent me a new keyboard. I still use the old one because it is functional and I love it, but its hardware's build is not pairing its price imho.
@@artecuartico I have to say I've noticed a little bit of that sticking issue now that you mention it. Also the wireless capability can be really poor when there's random interference. Depends on the room. Hmm!
@@Necessarius Idk I guess I'm too much into custom keyboards that now, anything that isn't modded sounds really bad to me. There is just a lot of rattle when you type on this keyboard and to me that can distract people while you are on calls with them and you have to type something out and its just overall annoying.
So will you purchase these? Do you agree with my review? Don't forget to subscribe!
Yes, I did order the "S" version, but I haven't received it yet. I'll try it the day after tomorrow and share my thoughts.
A good 'real world' review based on long term use. Very helpful. Thanks. This deserves many more views compared with others reviews I;ve watched 👍

Yeah pulsing during charging is normal. It only takes a few hours. I don't check how long but the battery lasts a decent amount of time.
Nice review
Thanks!
Interesting point about the lock key position. I've never heard that mentioned before.
Yep. Perhaps it's because I use the calculator function a lot or use excel more than others. It definitely can be an annoyance.

Not had any of those things happen to me.

Yep
Damn this keyboard sounds horrendous. I like the way it looks and the features, but the sound is too disgusting for me.

@@YukeenaI hear you! Not an issue for everyone but I take your point.
I want always on backlight,
why is logitech unable to remove this issue ?
I believe it's to preserve battery life.
@@SabeTheApple Yes sure but at least they could give the possibility to turn it on
I believe if you have the usb c cable plugged in, it stays on longer, or even more permanently.
Great video!
Cheers!
