Bonjour! I’m always excited to show you guys new dolls, so here I present you, Raja! She was the winner of Rupaul’s Drag Race season 3, and this was one of my favorite looks! I’ve always been into Rococo fashion and looks, and I love pretty much anything Marie Antoinette. Raja’s take on this was so beautifully executed, it was high fashion, dramatic and chic! I have always dreamed of making a Rococo inspired wig, and I think it was oneof my favorite things about this doll! I hope I did her justice :) and enjoy! 😀

Acetone or nail polish remover
Sealants : Mr. Super Clear (MSC)
Watercolor pencils: Faber Castle and Derwent
Chalk Pastels
Brushes
White paint
Gloss varnish
Wig Materials:
Glue Gun

Sarah Alatabi art always feels that way!! Everytime I see other artists doing their work I ask myself wtf they're doing and then at the end it becomes a masterpiece
HeXtian you sure definitely make more rococo styled dolls in the near future. And more RuPaul dolls too! I enjoy watching them because of how much fun you seem to have while also enjoying what you're doing in the process :D. Hope you make more beautifully designed dolls in the future!

WOW you really captured the whole Rococo wipe. I specially like the curled buns in each side of the wig. The outfit is outstanding too. I imagine the boudoir in Versailles and a queue of attractive men and women to entertain throughout the nights....

This is one of my favorite styles of dress, there are just so many things you can do with all the lace and flowers and there are so many ways to add a personal touch of something that makes it stand out from the others. I have to say this doll is beautiful and captures so many styles very nicely!

Love the Marie Antoinette/French olden days music in the bacccckkkkk. I’m fucking dying at this. This and the Indian chief look were my all time favorite looks on all season of RPDR. I’m brand new to the doll repainting community and it’s truly unbelievable. It takes talent and patience and dedication to do this. It’s so fascinating to watch💋

This Raja's outfit was my favourite one in the whole season. Such an amazing modern revisitation of baroque fashion. Loved it so much. I'm gonna try and make that wig for my bjds cause, Jesus, it is amazing

I was reminded of Japanese theatre too with the look you did here...I think this has Got to be a favourite of mine...I just love it.
Thank goodness I'm not the only one who hates the mittens! I was thinking of just making gloved hands in the main colours and just keeping them along with the gloves and maybe even getting some of that velvet effect nail stuff to put on a couple of pairs of really special ones like this...blue, red and black velvet as the main gloves. Great! I see youre still painting the shoe soles red...love it!
