The rehearsing conversations thing I do when nobody is around. I thought I was nuts or something but a lot of people do that.
I'm more normal than I thought. I do literally almost everything mentioned. I'll think of an embarrassing thing I've done before, squeeze my eyes shut, and shake my head rapidly as if to shake the memory outta my head.
Count my steps. I used to work in a jail (I was admin., not an officer), and knew how many steps it was from the office to the cafeteria and various other locations.

I do something similar with chicken tenders.
I usually go for the smallest ones first, and then work my way up until I finish them all.
3:29 I've literally done this multiple times throughout this video alone and I haven't even hit halfway through yet
I say t. Hanks instead of thanks i dont know where i got it from
When I think of an embarrassing or cringy thing from my past, I act like a idiot or say random stuff. This helps me forget the past embarrassment for a moment. I try to minimize it when I'm not alone to prevent creating another embarrassing moment.
9:24 since I started drinking more water, I too am like this
🐼 Big Panda Bear Hugs from a 71 yr old grandma in Texas, USA and by the way l'm subscribed and l hit Like. 🐼 ❤
(l'm not a bot, l'm handicapped)
I don't have OCD... I have CDO, which is like OCD but all the letters are in proper order.
a lot of these sound like obsessive compulsive disorder lol
I feel like I'm the only one who prefers to play Bop It on beat.
I also feel like I'm the only one who prefers Bop It Extreme to the original Bop It, because it gives you more to do, and is therefore more of a challenge.
You are not alone that is extremely based
I used to have this habit of eating paper when I was a kid. Glad I stopped. Cuz even though paper has fiber, it’s probably not a good thing to eat in case there’s ink or something from one of my pens or pencils.
I experience that second one, but not asthma related
OH I DO THE THING WITH THE EYE WIPING TOO
As someone with Autism, this video is just triggering and making me aware of all of my sensory thingys and I hate it, lol.😂
The eyes thing, yeah! Literally in the shower, ill wash my face, then have to wipe the excess wayer away from my eyes with my still-wet hands before i can open them.
And the legs- i DESPISE sitting with both feet on the ground.
The "perfect bite" of food thing yep
The wet before and after toothpaste thing
Outside vs. Inside clothes (im not going to lay in bed with my outside pants on, i dont care how tired i am. Gotta get the inside pants on first.)
And the straw gum thing
Lots of ocd type behavior. I used to do that as a kid then made myself stop because it was weird
Oh my god I do the whole equal thing, like if I touch something I have to touch it with my other hand and over and over etc
As someone with ADHD, this whole video makes sense to me.
So….. there’s a lot of ADHD, Autism, and OCD going on in this video…
Glad I'm not the only one who noticed
@@howdoipickaname9815 it’s mostly because I do a lot of the stuff 😂
Try to hold my breath as long as the character on screen in a movie or tv show.
welp, that was a creepy vid.
