Looks like a lot of work. So sorry it pulled your hair. It shouldn't be that difficult to use so it's seems likeba miss. 🤷🏿‍♀️

😩" YOU KNOW IT!.... This doesn't help individuals with 4c hair. Imo, you're better off using a 3/10 mini flat iron upon short edges. Most ' root straighteners ' lack a temperature control setting operating at 450 degrees. The closer it gets to your head, the more that you literally ' feel the heat ' . I bought a different brand of Root Straightener and nearly burned the shit outta myself trying to smooth out my roots for 360 waves instead of using a boar bristle brush and wave cap. ' FAIL! ' Amazon return. "
