LG is the WORST! We spent nearly $2,000.00 on a brand new washer and dryer four months ago. Dryer stopped working. We have been given the run around a few times. I’ve been waiting 8 business days for someone to call to schedule a time to come out. LG doesn’t have people... so another company should have called by now. My husband called LG again on Monday. We were told that there are no service providers in this area and that we could try Best Buy. We were told that if by today... nobody could come out, they would start the refund process. That’s 8 business days after. Which is protocol. We tried Best Buy, they can’t do it. Just called for the 3rd time today, talked to the our 5th person. There was no mention of what the lady did last week. And our service order that was out through on Monday, was rejected. But now we have to wait another 7+ business days to see if a provider can come out. (Doing this for the second time... we should have been able to start the refund process today) Which we already know they can’t. We just want a refund. We have three kids and a lot of laundry. Spent good many during a damn pandemic.... to end up with a busted dryer, awful customer service, and the stress of needing to hang massive amounts of laundry all throughout our home. I regret supporting LG.
