Just an unsolicited advice, if you are not aware of priority banking. These banks offer special promos to clients that can deposit a certain amount of money which can qualify to priority banking. I think for BPI and BDO it’s 1M, I’m not sure. But there are a lot of banks that offer way lower minimum deposits, I think the lowest is PNB with 25k. They often offer lower rates if you are ‘loyal’ to that specific bank. But getting a bunch of credit card and using them while paying them in full on time as much as possible is a better way to increase your credit score.
Bpi will give you discount on chattel mortgage and insurance for one year? , but you cannt make a full pre-payments of the loan, in short you are tied in 5 years of paymnt, opinion lng po, otherwse it will add the insurance fee once you make a full paymnt...am i correct Sir?
