Beethoven didn't perform publicly I believe till he was 29 or 30, So I'm sure when he "Hit" He had been waiting for that "Passion" to show off his entire life leading up till that. Tom and blink were performing any and every chance they could since they were in High School.. Hundreds and hundreds of shows traveling all over the United States and Worldwide for 20+ year's I think I'll cut Tom some slack for being a little wore out or drained at live shows he's only human. Beethoven wasn't flying around the world packing arenas's sick with the flu, lacking sleep, singing the same songs the same exact way that would get tiring to anyone. 🤘 If you want hear his passion it's definitely on the album version 🙏

Eric Anthony he’s doing better than he should for a song that was never played live and 7 years old at the time of that concert..7 years of never really rehearsing it (maybe they did, but never played live) and 7 whole years of touring, singing, other stresses on vocals..so he was pretty good for that.
They're my favorite band, i've been to one of their concerts, it's fucking awesome, they know how to entertain people. But this doesn't change the fact that Tom sucks live..
It was pretty touching to see Mark being so patient with Tom when he was having a hard time. He had just got past a pain killer addiction, so he couldn't sing nearly as well as normal. It was even more touching to see Mark helping him sing at the end when Tom most needed it. It's nice to see that over the past two years, he has regained a bit of his voice.
Travis is playing the drums so perfectly, it's actually pretty hard to keep the double bass pedal going at the same speed for that long, with that much control

Travis and Mark are trying so hard to keep it together, but the guitar and especially the vocals are an absolute mess. You don't need to be a technically accomplished singer (Tom never has been) to put on a good performance, but he is all over the place. He sounds out of breath and, much more importantly, very off-key. It's one thing to be a good "bad singer" in a punk band when you're just yelling and bringing the energy, but he seems lethargic here, and this song has a very melodic vocal line that should really be sung in key. You can't do the moaning and wheezing and whatever else he is doing here, and be that off-key, and expect it to be any good. He's still great. The band is still great. This song is still great. But that performance was anything but great.
