Honestly these supercar companies need to implement a suspension system that can raise the car to prevent this. race mode should have the car stick close to the ground but a drive mode should have suspension raised to speed bump specifications.
There are trucks with flat lifts.... you drive on and then it lifts the car up to drive height with the truck.... why not get one of those for such an expensive car.
DJFr3nchi3 The car has a lift kit and the car was raised at the time. The person driving was not the owner of the car. The front bumper was replaced and the car is no well and good.
DJFr3nchi3 I was in the hotel, checking out when the incident happened, but my friend, the owner told me what had happened to it. It got it's replacement bumper soon after and was back on the roads. It was later sent to Los Angeles, where it has sat for a while at the Beverley Wilshire. Don't get me wrong, the cars do get driven, but they are usually parked during the day.
xXBuckOFiveXx Darn right!! A Corolla would have scurried up that ramp quickly. Of course everyone would then be wondering why they hired a transport company to pick up a Corolla. But I digress.
+Sidney Walker i still don't see the damage :\ i mean with a car as low as this, it was bound to happen sooner or later right? might as well just get over it straight from the factory and be like, yes this is how it came now you take it or leave it. What most people don't realize is that they buy these cars to show off in the streets not on a track, and well what ends up happening is 1 million dollars down the drain to drive a car around a track? dude id rather spend 100,000 modding my Ford raptor SVT 2017 model V6 which is more fuel economic and more powerful then the shitty V8 they had in the older models, don't believe me? look it up
Check out JP logistics on Instagram they are a great exotic towing company and they custom build their own trucks specifically to accommodate exotics it's awesome
It's just lucky it was minor damages, they can quite easily get the bumper re-painted but if they would've kept going at 0:47 then you might have a bit of a bank-buster.
+blah blah stunt? what stunt? with a supercar like this the least of oyur worries is scraping the underside of the car, i don't even see the damage, with supercars you're always going to get your bodykit scraped let's face it most of these supercars are lower then my grandma's lowrider
What really happened was that they got impatient. If they had more wood this whole thing wouldn't have happened. I seen unloaded and loading of these types of cars a lot and they take a lot of time to prevent this. I hope they paid for that damage.
+Josue rodriguez what damage???? it's a supercar, it's low to the ground, obviously you've never been in a pagani huayra, with this thing it doesn't matter you know it's going to scrape the underside of the body
Ernesto Chang I doubt you have either and if you have it doesn't matter because you didn't drive it. Don't pride yourself over some show and tell shit like that because sitting in one isn't as profound as you think. Secondly he did crash the ramp therefore some damage was done. Secondly, its a Ferrari not Pagani. Lol but for real you act like you know it all because you sat in one. Lol like who brags about that? Now if you drove one then bro that's awesome but sitting in one? Is that the highlight of your life? lol
Ernesto Chang It does matter because you brought the fact that sitting in a car is the best thing in the world. At the end of the day your right a car is going to get damages here and there but it should be caused by the driver not the delivery person. Would you want your brand new phone to come with scratches? Probably not. Why not? you paid for it. It wasn't the seller that made the damages it was the delivery person? when someone has a job he should be careful doing work with others property and that's why people are pissed. Did you miss all that? Or was your one experience of sitting in a car qualify you to look passed everything when it comes to cars?
+Ernesto Chang Firstly, I can tell you that you have never been in Pagani Huayra if you think it scrapes everywhere. The car is equipped with a lift system which prevents such instances. Of course there are incidents where unavoidable, but such is life. The lower portion of the front bumper needed to be replaced due to the damage sustained - I am not sure how you think that this is standard practice. You say that the people like us have money to burn, but spending unnecessary expenses is creating a net loss on your wealth. Of course we are fortunate that in the long run, it shouldn't effect us financially, but it is money that can never be reclaimed on something easily avoidable. Cars like these are as much investments as they are toys... All you have to do is look at the market. Having parts damaged and replaced with another piece causes the car not to be matching, shaving value off of the value of the car.
Jaylan K i've been inside one i never said i drove one, and just like this guy i probably could not even find the lift system, but back in the olden days not many supercars had this system (not talking about pagani) and yes i understand the lift system but not many people know about it, and does every manufacturer of supercars make this for every one of their models? of course not, and uh scraping the road is basically unavoidable if you go over those little bumps when you go into a place like a doctors clinic, or a walmart, im not talking about speed bumps they're like these mini ramps that are sort of raised up, heck i was in a dodge grand caravan (my dad) and when we were coming off this intersection into a pet smart shop the bloody thing just scraped the ramp!! i don't know how it just did don't ask me ask the car and no it does not have lowered suspension and you say it can be easily avoidable? i think not but ok if you can avoid it by all means please go ahead good for you, but for me and my dad it's a normal thing that happens/happened naturally... kind of like thunderstorms i hate them, but it happens alright? jeez now im seen as some freak for not "oh fear the little bump to the underside of the car that no one is going to see"
If it cant even drive over that little bump to get in the truck then it could not drive over speed bumps or anything thats higher than an inch high!!!! why would you spend that much money on a car you cant even take to walmart or the malls or anywhere you have speed bumps or the road is not flat? if i spent a million on a car it better go everywhere and everyday driving period!!!! and have room for all my friends and alot of truck space for grocery and everywhere me and my friends have to go!
the answer is insurance insurance of these hypercars goes on miles or kilometers per year if u pass a certain number then u have no insurance cause of this reason people use transportation for these kind of cars
+Sheelo A. If I could afford one.... I'd drive the piss out of it... Why? Cause I can afford one... If i was looking for an intown car i could cruise in I damn sure wouldn't get a stiff as hell street legal race car....called the LaFerrari
Sheelo A. An investment? Lol these cars aren't investments for them.. They are fashion statements. Cars like these get traded in for the next best thing all the time for them. They aren't Jay leno who is obsessed with owning every vehicle. I think Jay is the exception to these kind of people.
+TheBagBalm Insurance on super cars only covers a few thousand miles per year. No sense in wasting those few miles on the road if they are going a long distance.
This car can't even get up a slightly raised ramp. How the hell do you think it's going to manage driving around in the streets where there are even more severe inclines, speed bumps, and dips??
I mean sure, why not? Well, other than the fact we are talking the most expensive, highest performance, lowest weight world-class million-dollar supercars here. The type of cars where shit like a door handle is made of lightweight composite material that costs many orders of magnitude more to manufacture than even the lightest weight alloys for the sake of cutting of mere ounces from the total weight of the car. The car built to compete with this caliber of supercar that has an air suspension would actually be a joke.
Same my private jet always scraps the bottom cause on issues I will take lambo next time no buggati Chiron no veyron no I'll take gold plane no I'll take my private jet no I'll take the la ferrari no I crashed it the rolls cullican

Allen Kemmett Actually I am... I will put it in simple terms so you can understand. You must use radians to measure the angle. Also, if you know that the distance from the axles is r, then you can work out the linear distance traveled up the slope, s, velocity, v, centripetal acceleration, ac, and force, Fc. When an object with moment of inertia, I (the angular equivalent of mass), has an angular acceleration, α, then there is a net torque Στ. the angle of the slope and the clearance at the back allows the cars to be reversed straight on, the slope is at a shallow enough angle to stop the splitter hitting the floor, at the now back of the car. The cars can just be driven off when they reach their destination, it's simple- When a force, F, moves an object through a distance, s, which is at an angle of Θ,then work, W, is done. Momentum, p, is the product of mass, m, and velocity, v. The energy that an object has on account of its motion is called KE.
Swift.... You do realize the cars angle of attack (relative to the ground) would be the same regardless if they reversed the car in or drove in frontwards. All that would happen is the nose would have be dragged across the concrete. Any smart car transporter uses elevator lift systems with cars this low/with insane overhang That or use the nose lift
Wouldn't it be better to just reverse the car in? That rear end is a bit higher so it won't get caught anywhere, but the time the nose gets to close to the ground while pointing down, all wheels are on the ramp and the ramp can be lifted a bit if needed(though not always likely). I don't know why people drive these cars in nose first when loading...?
that's not how it works. sure the rear will make it in fine but the nose will get closer to the ground as the car backs up. lifting up the ramp would nose dive that car right into the ground. there is many ways this guy's could've done it. using the board like they did and lifting up the ramp when the nose got close to the bottom, give themselves an inch or more of clearance and drive up. lets say the exhaust tip got too close to the ground when they did that, then all they would do is use boards on the back tires creating a ladder onto the ramp. done. they can also do the same in reverse and only use wood on the steering tires and drive it in. i know this because i used to tow vehicles, i got quite a few low cars, mostly custom import tuners. there was only one vehicle i couldn't do in the 4 year's i worked as a tow truck driver and it was a lowered aston martin, stick shift. only because i couldn't drive and move the boards at the same time and it was so low the winch was out of the question.
If I had enough money for those types of cars, I'd want to spend a few more bucks to make sure it isn't damaged.
I AM HIT yeah lol
O
A million quid car, and they get the chuckle brothers to load it on to the truck!
Chuckle Brothers. Haha
Haha
+Ben Richards actually it sells for 3-5 mil dollars right now.
ANY kind of damage on a car of this level is just inexcusable and idiotic
Doesn't the LaFerrari have a front-face lifter?
it's ok guys, he has 50 bookshelves in his garage. he really doesn't care that much for the laferriari.
KNAWLEDGE
and a deditated wamboghini
+shbitz it's all about bookshelves bro....
why can't dat guy just get ebooks
NightCrow hey that's a GOOD question, I never thought of that...
This transport company is SUPER INCOMPETENT! Is this their first time loading a supercar unto their truck?
violian5 first hypercars, not supercars
fucking dude forgot to lift the nose of the car
He did....after he figured out it had a left system
DJFr3nchi3 The car has a lift kit and the car was raised at the time. The person driving was not the owner of the car. The front bumper was replaced and the car is no well and good.

2:53 That Golf mk1, looks incredible, very nice looking car! (the right side of the video)
Yeah but the C6 near the start of video looks even better and rare as fu##
+interceptor1986 what exactly is rare maybe im missing it?
+Brittney Theiss in the UK the Citroën c6 sold in extremely small numbers it's rare to ever see one.
nameelezz true. A nice looking rabbit
haha Amaizing condition i think :) Car with soul, and u can load it to a truck within damage
The Ferrari does not have the nose lift feature?
A Toyota Corolla could've beat both those cars... up that ramp.
Yeah but a these cars would rape a carolla up the ass on a race track
where is the racetrack in the video? all i see is the ramp...
xXBuckOFiveXx Darn right!! A Corolla would have scurried up that ramp quickly. Of course everyone would then be wondering why they hired a transport company to pick up a Corolla. But I digress.
No the LaFerrari is for showing off how much money you have
Bucko Haha
That guy should be fired
*Shot

Ernesto Lone Wolf you dont have a raptor
@ ernesto, lmfao a furry pic having fuck like you doesnt have a raptor XD best joke i heard all day
you would think they could make a fast and efficient way to unload these million dollar cars..
exactly haha
load*
Check out JP logistics on Instagram they are a great exotic towing company and they custom build their own trucks specifically to accommodate exotics it's awesome
Michael Dorn Just looked them up pretty awesome find thanks!
+Google Account even the ferrari did but the dumb fuck didnt know how to raise it
dont they have car trailers that have a zero degree lift gate
Too bad the suspension isnt dynamic or something so it could lift the car higher a bit in such situations or on a bad road.
how much does the repair for that cost😥
It's just lucky it was minor damages, they can quite easily get the bumper re-painted but if they would've kept going at 0:47 then you might have a bit of a bank-buster.

I just found out through Beverly Hills Ferrari, this little stunt is over $72K

Bullshit. A LaF door (full carbon) costs about 35-40k to make. So a scrape can't cost that much to fix.
+kingmimo6 yes it can because they replaced the bumper
/
so a scraped underbody is a damage?
Just color the front end with a red sharpe, the owner wouldn’t know 😂
whilst the P1 was being loaded all i saw was the beautiful mk1 golf??
What really happened was that they got impatient. If they had more wood this whole thing wouldn't have happened. I seen unloaded and loading of these types of cars a lot and they take a lot of time to prevent this. I hope they paid for that damage.

Nice car. What's the retail on one of those?
It's hard to watch things like this. It's even worse how these idiots can get this close to a super car and damage it over and over again.
How much damage? At least 10 k?
There is front lift!!!!
Isnt there an option to put it into pure electric mode? That way the instant torque would prevent those little jumps starts.
LaFerrari doesn't have an electric only mode.
This hurts my soul
That yellow P1 looks mint !:)
THATS WHY THE OWNER MUST BE AT LOADING & unloading of the CAR!!
He didnt lift the NOSE!!
For These Type Of Accidents Who Is Responsible? The Guy Driving The Car Or The Company ?
Why the fuck did i just watch the entire video of a car being loaded in a truck
Is that the Beverly Wilshire Hotel?
Why would you spend that much money on a car you cant even drive over a speed bump?
SouthernStyleGamer the transporters in this case obviously didn't know about the lift system in the Ferrari which would have prevented the damage
If it cant even drive over that little bump to get in the truck then it could not drive over speed bumps or anything thats higher than an inch high!!!! why would you spend that much money on a car you cant even take to walmart or the malls or anywhere you have speed bumps or the road is not flat? if i spent a million on a car it better go everywhere and everyday driving period!!!! and have room for all my friends and alot of truck space for grocery and everywhere me and my friends have to go!
the answer is insurance
insurance of these hypercars goes on miles or kilometers per year
if u pass a certain number then u have no insurance
cause of this reason people use transportation for these kind of cars
kenny olivo super cars are for rich people that show off
SouthernStyleGamer because Ferrari that's why
No suspension lift system?
Those cars aren't made for transport...They are made to ride!!
+Dylan Soet you wouldnt be saying that if you bought one
With that in mind, I wouldn't buy one. My opinion: is that those cars really have to ride. Of course in good conditions.
+Sheelo A. If I could afford one.... I'd drive the piss out of it... Why? Cause I can afford one... If i was looking for an intown car i could cruise in I damn sure wouldn't get a stiff as hell street legal race car....called the LaFerrari

Sheelo A.

how much would it cost to fix that?
just fucking drive it. It's not made to be loaded onto a truck. Geez
exactly look at tax the rich he is the only one who enjoy these hypercars
+TheBagBalm Insurance on super cars only covers a few thousand miles per year. No sense in wasting those few miles on the road if they are going a long distance.
Alot of the people who buy these cars see them as investments rather than what they actually are
Actually some cars are not meant to daily use. It's like wearing your best shoes everyday, it takes away from the feeling and will ruin it's glamour.
This car can't even get up a slightly raised ramp. How the hell do you think it's going to manage driving around in the streets where there are even more severe inclines, speed bumps, and dips??
Where does this video take place?
so weird that they dont have special trucks for these hyper cars
does anyone know what will be the cost to repair it !!
slap a sticker on it and it's good to go
Who cares the guy is probably across the world and has forgotten that he has the car anyway
such assumptions. I'm gonna say, bout 45k a year? 30 after taxes?
+Mike Brophy You're funny
+Mike Brophy such assumptions. I'm gonna say, gay and giggly? Watches youtube videos thinking its him in the ferrari?
No suspension lifter?
oh my heart ..
I like the smartcar in the background
😂
that's a cat d ferrari now..
raty rat I doubt that paint scratch is £2.5million worth of damage lol
which car was that in yellow??
such a joke these expensive cars dont have air suspension
I mean sure, why not? Well, other than the fact we are talking the most expensive, highest performance, lowest weight world-class million-dollar supercars here. The type of cars where shit like a door handle is made of lightweight composite material that costs many orders of magnitude more to manufacture than even the lightest weight alloys for the sake of cutting of mere ounces from the total weight of the car.
The car built to compete with this caliber of supercar that has an air suspension would actually be a joke.
Drive it on backwards!!??
These supercars is like having a supermodel as a girl friend. High maintenance, super fragile, and always drive them around even tho they got legs.
the expression "I've had more fun watching paint dry rather than this guy driving aborad the truck" sure does come in handy here!
Wow, these guys really don't seem that great at their job.....
is the truck ok?!?!
This is the reason why nobody buys Ferraris. 0.000000001mm ground clearance
that and the fact nobody has a million dollars to spend in a car
and even if i had a million dollars, i'd buy a nice house and not a car like that one. I would rent one for a month though, just to try it out.
this car is probably 50 grand just for servicing every year
6grand for oil only
i saw that on ferrari engineer g+
insane
How are you ganna do that?!?!?
a supercar in real life.....
Dont these cars have hydraulic lift systems??
thats what happens when you fly cars around the world as a status symbol to sit outside a hotel all day.
Why didnt they just undo the front bumper clips
That almost happened to my dads lambo
My dads mclaren got the same problem of the vid... thats why i never transport my audi r8
Same here, my dads bugatti has same problem. And why i never transport my 720s
Same my private jet always scraps the bottom cause on issues I will take lambo next time no buggati Chiron no veyron no I'll take gold plane no I'll take my private jet no I'll take the la ferrari no I crashed it the rolls cullican
you would think, they would have a Lift where the car drives flat onto it and it lifts the car into the truck, ive seen these before with race cars
D: My eyes can't look it just hurts.
iomc_gator yyyyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeessssssss
You might want to see an eye doctor then
OrganicChemistry2 smh
Is this London
Buy a Ferrari they say, it will be glamorous they say
is this your car
C'est des problèmes de riche cela nous concerne pas 😂😂
Electrik75 ahahahah c vrai
A longer ramp perhaps?
you'd expect some common sense and some basic physics if you have enough money to buy a laferrari!! i'm sure there's a road going uphill around the area, just do it there and use the inclination of the road to help!
rest in peace 60000$ la Ferrari bumper may your heart rest in our souls
Ferrari is buildet to drive...not to be transported
"Beavis and Butthead Moving Company... How may I help you?"
so what its just a ferrari. its not like its some kind of rare classic car. ...
Are you dumb?
Lmfao.. you can keep that heap of shit.. its no 66 stingray
lol they won't understand, if I had to choose between this and clean challenger 69 I would go for the last without thinking.and it's not that rare!
L
or get a laferrari, sell it, and get 10 classic cars of your choice
It do not already know Ferrari lifting front axle?
Its only a car and yet people treat it better than wife.
Because it costs alot. If you paid a million dollars for a wife, you would probably treat it really good. But you don't
Did your wife cost one million dollars?
+1tokover yes of her paid clothes
Oskar Oskarowski Wife won't let me ride, so gimme gimme gimme that car!
Haha, yeah. It's... um... only a car... that not only looks beautiful, but costs a couple million dollars. Hmm...
What is name if that yellow car
its kinda ugly car but looks nice from front but real ugly from back , they should name it Leugly
crxtech1 You sir,are crazy, this is the perfection, when you make a car better then this you can talk, until there chiuuuuu
Jose Costa It's actually not that good-looking. Calm down, fanboy.
Jose Costa I made one that looks better than this this afternoon, then I flushed the toilet
crxtech1 Hahahahahaha.
Kids theses days,go out of the net and go work guys, you guys dont even know how an engine works, even less aerodynamics ;)
LAFERRARI OR P1?
why can't you put it in reverse?
why they dont try the reverse?
Aren't that car has suspension control?
Ferrari spider?
Erm how come both the Ferrari & P1 don't seem to have had the lift system engaged to Erm prevent this from happening...
who cares about using wood as you'd not really have to if they pushed that bloody lil button
most Mclaren have a lift system
Why don't they reverse them in?
.. i take it your no physics major?
Allen Kemmett
Actually I am... I will put it in simple terms so you can understand.
You must use radians to measure the angle. Adonis Limes .. careful, he's a physics major.
Adonis Limes
Good point, I never thought of that.
I don't think Allen liked the shit I copied and pasted off physics for dummies lol
Back it in??
...that will do the same thing but the splitter will scrape on pavement... That's probably worse actually.
The amount of technology put into these cars is absolutely amazing... but like can someone donate $5 towards developing a better ramp?
Haha right? Like what the hell man that's to much deck.
Nice opening edit, much skill here
What is a LaFerrari
how much do salvage laferraris go for?
about $1,000,000
+Cole O'Malley as of now there is a few on the market for £2-2.5 million
+Scott Hastings the actual price from ferrari is $1,000,000
how wud they drive one of these when there is a hump?
doesn't the car has a lift suspension
Wouldn't it be better to just reverse the car in? That rear end is a bit higher so it won't get caught anywhere, but the time the nose gets to close to the ground while pointing down, all wheels are on the ramp and the ramp can be lifted a bit if needed(though not always likely).
I don't know why people drive these cars in nose first when loading...?
Makes sense...
that's not how it works. sure the rear will make it in fine but the nose will get closer to the ground as the car backs up. lifting up the ramp would nose dive that car right into the ground. there is many ways this guy's could've done it. using the board like they did and lifting up the ramp when the nose got close to the bottom, give themselves an inch or more of clearance and drive up. lets say the exhaust tip got too close to the ground when they did that, then all they would do is use boards on the back tires creating a ladder onto the ramp. done. they can also do the same in reverse and only use wood on the steering tires and drive it in. i know this because i used to tow vehicles, i got quite a few low cars, mostly custom import tuners. there was only one vehicle i couldn't do in the 4 year's i worked as a tow truck driver and it was a lowered aston martin, stick shift. only because i couldn't drive and move the boards at the same time and it was so low the winch was out of the question.

Wow why wouldn't you have a ramp with a 3'x4" channel going down the middle with an OPTIONAL flat deck insert?? I need to design trailers...
Why not go in reverse?
