Number 4 feels especially important in current times.
I was just thinking the day before you shared this video, how I wish you were my mentor, Sonya!

Ah! So, driving to get in nature is perfectly fine to do. *This*I have been wondering if it counted and feeling like a failure for not 'doing it right'. I would feel guilty.
Where I live in the northern plains we do a lot of driving just getting from here to there. And oh the pretty sky, and sunsets, and rainbows, and night skies and eclipses we've been privileged to see just from driving to and from our shopping or church. And when we were recovering from covid, it was so healing to my emotions to have a ride out on the back gravel roads and seeing wildflowers and little meandering streams of water and such like.
Also, often it's very windy and not at all pleasant to be out walking, and in the winter we can have extremely cold days with wind chill well before zero though the day itself was a very pretty sunny day.
I too for years and years have found a rest in going to some window and would often seem to be staring out at nothing when in fact I was just simply pulling away from life for a moment and enjoying some thing outdoors that would get my attention. I would deliberately look so I could enjoy. It might just be the smallest thing, like a small branch of a tree and how the leaves moved in the gently breeze and then a bird might come along and perch on it.. it just pulled me away from the cares and duties for just a moment and it rests my spirits.
