@Elimnio yeah, I am getting the fender baja tele, and it has a 4 way switch, bridge, then both pickups in parallel, then neck, then both in series, and the s1 switch can switch the positions with both pickups from standard, to out of phase
I had the Strat equivalent to this. A very nice, even exceptional guitar, but the N3 pickups were dire (I thought), I considered changing them, but decided to sell it as it was. I tried one of these Tele’s today. Again, as a playable guitar it was immaculate, but the sound was slightly muted. The S1 switching thing didn’t grab me either.
@jordanlcombs I like the fender for more of a clean sound with headroom, the AC30 for more of a midrangey overdriven sound---the beauty of an AC30 is that it really can 'fatten' up the sound of a tele or strat guitar---thanks so much--m lucas
The S1-Switch switches the wiring from parallel (standard) to series I think would be correct!? Not the other way. However, thanks for the great review!
Hey I've noticed that on your demos you usually use a hotrod deluxe. I think this is the first time i've ever seen you playing an ac30. Which of these two amps do you prefer when playing a tele? Thanks and Great Demo!
@WeLovePizza2012 You are comparing apples to oranges in a sense by trying to compare the 15 to the 30..but in it's class the 15 has a nice round fat tone, but it is not the AC30.
Cant wait to piece together my own tele. Won't be able to call it a Fender but it's not about the name. It's about the care and attention to quality. Quilted Alder with customized knob and switch placement. Then to plug it into a Vox... oh man i'm gonna have a guitargasm for sure!
i have one..it plays very well but the pickups are bland..the only time it sound good is when the switch is at the middle without the humbucker position..
Those are not strap locks on this guitar. They are strap buttons (holders), strap locks are a separate item that fit on after or with the strap..... joost sayin' !
I looove teles with bound bodies. They look amazing.
I've tried that guitar! It's Telecaster heaven! If you like Telecasters, and even if you dont, you'll love this guitar!
Very nice guitar & awesome review & playing. I love the way your tracks reproduce real - live situation tones.
i bought this very same telecaster, same color, its the 60th anniversary model, my first tele, and its awesome.
How much is this guitar?
I found one brand new in a pawnshop with stickers and all for $1200

You play really good. Thanks for the vid.

i like your playing man! when i grow old i want to be bald like you!
Ding Baja no need to wait anymore
You play amazingly! I tabbed out half of what you put down in this clip. Do you have any influences so that I can soak this in?

Hi Mark, I was wondering which amps you prefer when doing these demo's? VOX or FENDER? Thanks man

i think im getting this instead of the american deluxe strat.I honestly think it sounds better.
@Geetardudex We do but the transaction has to be done by wire transfer to our bank account.
Tele Rules !
@joelbyrne For clean stuff I like the Fender for blues or rock I like the Vox.
Do you guys ship internationally?
how did you set the settings for the clean tone at the begining at the video?
answer please!
whats the G&L asat the 1 with 3 single coils go for? I hear u have to special order it.what price range is that at my bro is planning on getting it
@Velghe87 Dam is that true. Players tell me, wait you get 5 tone options with a strat. I say, so what? The tone of a tele is sick.
@LesterPaul01 The ultimate answer is a guitar with 3 on/off switches for each pickup, giving you ALL of the Strat or Tele sounds.
soooo american standard or deluxe tele? I really can't make up my mind please help!
get the deluxe, it comes with fries

@valkour22 In my opinion a telecaster lets you never play a strat before. Once you go tele, your strat goes for sale on the net.
