There are some good videos that talk about the history of arm that you should watch. Also, you should do some research on how the stock traded previously before it became a private company. In my view, this is a VERY special company and I am glad that it has become a public company again. Personally, I think ARM is very cheap right now, but as you know, I'm not a financial expert.

@@CouchInvestor Yes. I just posted a link to an article from 2016, but looks like RUclips removed it. Search for: SoftBank acquires arm 2016 and you should find several articles from back then.
@@CouchInvestor it was. Apple own a lot of shares till the Apple was near bankruptcy and Apple sold the stake of ARM. So ARM helped finally to Apple and the Microsoft. Anyway you can find some interesting information in the Earning transcript. Read it, and find the answer when start the higher growing in the future and more 😉

We are lucky to have it as a public company again, this is one of the gems that makes money comfortably with IP and royalties plus they are working on AI computer chips and phones, it can easily be $160 plus in the near future.

@@CouchInvestor the company used to be a public listed company before SoftBank took them privately, the business model of the company is that they come up with the design and sell it as Intellectual property and make money as royalties.
I'm personally more confident in picking low valued companies than high valued companies. It's really easy to lose a ton of money on a slight guidance miss for a perfectly priced stock. But I can understand why people like ARM, CRWD, and such. Businesses like these I put watches on, and if the market over-reacts and I get a sale I'll take advantage of. If it doesn't, I'll move on and be ok with it.
