I love the way the rest of the stadium knows not to clap or get involved in roll call. That shit is beautiful. It shows respect to the bleacher creatures. Also I love how the creatures all wait to listen for instructions on when to call a player. It is true New York synchronicity. I was at game 2 also!!! that was such a great game!!!!! I went to game six last night, we were in the Grandstand and when Mo pitched the winning strike, i swear it felt like an eartquake!!! ONLY THE YANKEES!!! LET'S GOO YANNKKEEESSS!!!!!!!!
I was sitting on the far side of the stadium durring this and it was amazing!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE these fans and my Yankees I just cant get into the love of this new house we have I wish they would have kept the old house. Oh well.
Why can't we see this kind of passion at every sporting event. If you watch soccer in Europe, fans are constantly chanting something. We need more passion people.
Yeah I was lucky enough to get the field level seats, but the standing room only tickets.... and it had to be the worst time to get them too since the bar stools weren't there since some idiot decided to stand on them and fell, busting his head on the bar... haha
