Music history quite literally knocked on the back door at Pine Grove Hall. The granddaughter of the hall’s original builder had passed away and her husband stopped by in hopes that musical instruments she’d inherited could have a home in the community. Among those instruments was a Gibson guitar played by original owner Simon Ward, and new owners Liz Grove and Steve Christensen plan to display a photo of him and a guitar pick. With a history of community and music, Steve and Liz see themselves as caretakers of the hall and its legacy.
