I think the best analogy for what you were trying to describe is a cd shuffle; or a jukebox where each of these songs were a single. For people who grew up cotemporaniously with these records, this is the way we first heard the "new songs" of The Beatles. So to complain many years later when we all became more familiar with the albums they actually released in England is a little disingenuous. Horses for courses. As Ringo says: Peace and Love, Terry and Julia Tutor
@beatleman69 Hi! I have an early pressing mono with "See Label.." Also a 1968 Stereo copy ( I think 2) with "See Label..." on the black subsidiary label.

Me too! I love Revolution nine on the White album!!!!
@scott an underrated track. I memorized most of the dialogue from Revolution 9. "El Dorado.." LOL
I am glad that Revolution 9 is one there as it preserves a bit of history. But I can't help wondering what might have taken its place.
Beatles VI is my favorite Capitol creation
You need to find the "see label for correct playing order" on the rear cover.
I am waiting to review this one until next summer, when it is 60 years old.
