Ebaybow It’s worked just like a normal lizard tongue rest. Not really any different, but if you have a drop away and want to try a blade rest, I guess it’s a good way to try it out.

this actually does happen, but if the spring is light enough it gets out of the way when the force of the arrow is moving forward. i tune my blade the same way as Levi, but then i prop up the arrow so it is aligned and level, then i move the blade down then back up so it just touches the arrow. when its locked down like this it will sag a little at brace, this gives the nock high so many people like while still having the arrow centered on the button hole at full draw.
All this time i thought the "Burger Hole" was my mouth...

I do it the same way but I plumb the string. The arrow shelf isn’t always square to the string..

Does it matter if your nock point seems high on the bow string ( not centre ) ?
It is meant to be a little high on a recurve
