I love these modern prefab homes. What’s amazing is some of these come completely done. Tile, kitchens, every last detail and are just laid down on the slab and hooked up with electric, plumbing, AC, water and you are basically done. Honomobo, method homes, Haus.me, Kodasema for small homes- but Method homes and Honomobo are really incredible.

I like this house. Great massing. Nice texture and material contrasts. Bold and subtle. Respectful of its rustic setting. Flexible interior spaces. Wonderful views. Grand at times but very livable as well. Nice work.

Chilmark is such a peaceful, beautiful and overall stunning place. Driving around this place in the summer is spectacular

This house is probably at least 2-5 million, I'm making a wild guess. Show of hands, how many of you can afford to live like this? The Vineyard is one of the most if not the most opulently priced limousine liberal slabs of real estate in the country.

When I first saw title I thought same and then said to myself, “that woman is a genius!! With all this housing shortage”. But quickly realized no when I saw “vineyard”. My question now is: “Is there a vineyard”?
