yes.
I uses a water bottle 😂
The band needs to go below the tib and fib. Otherwise there is no joint glide and emphasis on the joint ROM
I can do all of that easily, but my ankles are still complaining - especially when I run with shoes and at the start of runs.
Courage ! Personally i can't run for the last two months because a problem of ankles ans calves ! Nobody find my problem and i am still wounded :')
do you have the right shoes or need new shoes? can make a world of difference.
