This video should have millions of views. Arturo was the man. It is so sad that he too has passed. The importance of this man on the success and the legacy of the Ramones gets greatly overlooked. He truly was the 5th Ramone. He only missed two shows throughout their entire career...and that was because he was in jail for one of them and if I remember correctly, he missed the other one because of an issue at the border when crossing into Canada.
