My little neighborhood park was trashes by the local mean French school moms and their unruly kids . They stayed for about 2 years then left ! We were so happy to see them find another after school park

The only territory who is ""owned"" by France is New-Caledonia, all other french oversea territory are part of France, and also the french people who live in french overseas territories tend to be the more nationalist one, so never say that they are french owned, they hate that 😄 And btw, in the case of La Réunion, the indigenous folk of La Réunion are actually the french, it was an inhabited island, so in this case it's a truly 100% french territory.
