This is a tutorial video for someone who wants to make a Peony tissue or crepe paper flower for room and gift box decoration, hair bow. Tissue or crepe paper is consider cheap and easy to get. We could easily buy it at book store and convenient store.
This video also shows an easy and unique technique for creating wrinkle leaves so it will look more natural.
