- There are so many ways to make tissue paper rose. This rose is made with coffee filters that I got at the dollar store. All you need is coffee filters, scissors and some kind of glue.
I love paper crafts and making paper roses and flowers. Well I love any kind of crafts to be honest. I've been doing crafts since I was young and always loved all types of mediums. I hope you try these coffee filter roses or tissue paper rose works great too.

I just recently found your Rose, and I have to say it's absolutely beautiful! It's one of the easiest Roses I've ever made. To all the people out there who complain because it wasn't QUICK enough, it took 12 minutes - C'MON REALLY? If you can't spend 12 minutes of your life creating something as beautiful as this, then go elsewhere!
Thank you Margaret for sharing your DIY. I added a little bling by hot-gluing some glitter to the edge of each petal - amazing!
I will definitely be making more of these.
I've watched a bunch of clips of paper roses and yours is by far the prettiest
I've watched a lot of flower tutorials on You Tube, and this is one of the best. Your instructions are quick, clear and very easy for me to follow.
Thank you for taking the time to share with us.
Those are the prettiest coffee filter roses I have ever seen. They would make a beautiful wreath.
I followed this tutorial years ago to decorate my college dorm room! What I did that is a fun tip was to paint the coffee filters first with a wash of light watercolor paint to make them whatever colors you want - then let them dry before you start making the flowers. Doing that also gets rid of the coffee filter crinkles so the roses look a little softer! I should definitely try this again, they are so pretty!
Love these! I was struggling to cut and curl the fancy crepe paper flower sets, but using coffee filters with your easier pattern worked much better for me. Thanks!
Perfect video for these rose's Finally!!! Thankyou great teacher, God bless you and your loved ones! ❤
Margaret I have been making these beautiful roses sent I stumbled upon your tutorial almost 3 years ago! I have told everyone about your RUclips page and made all of the centerpieces and flowers for my son's wedding two and 1/2 years ago. Received so many compliments and needed to let you know how much I appreciate you sharing your talent! I wish I could show you are beautiful they came out. And I continue to show my friends and family how to make these elegant roses. It is still my absolute favorite! Thank you so very much!!!
These remind me of the crepe paper flowers my mom and aunts use to make for Memorial Day. They would make flowers for at least a week to use for decorating graves. It is a weird but precious memory.
I've made 8 so far but I started using long lollipop sticks from the baking section at Joannes then wrapping it in green floral wrap. I've also made and added leaves and the part at the base holding the rose with it's points, know what I mean? Anyway, I then took red alcohol ink and drizzled it way inside of each rose paper heart. Really pretty! Couldn't have done it without your tutorial! Thanks a bunch for sharing.
C'est magnifique ! Splendide! Thank you Sooo much dearest Margaret ! Geneviève France.
very nicely done......and people complaining it's not fast... come on!! for such a beautiful flower, 10 minutes is nothing!... if u want it "fast" buy them from somewhere! don't make them! where would be the fun in it, after all? Thanks for sharing this! I'm definitely trying it!! x

Wow, I can just picture how beautiful your daughters wedding was and you have flower keepsakes too!!!!!
Thanks Margaret. I love it. I can't wait to try this.
Hi Margaret, great looking Rose honey, I love them...I have a suggestion...why not use a used dryer sheet for the leaves, you'd still paint them green ,then after they dry cut them into leaf shapes and using floral tape or hot clue attach them to your stem, I've made a number of coffee filter Roses, and added heart shape pieces of used dryer sheets in between the layers of filter petals and it really turns out pretty and full ! then I paint the dryer sheets using a mixture of a few drops of paint to glimmer mist this formula makes them look very pretty....when I make coffee filter and dryer sheet roses, I almost never put them on a long stem, just a short 16 or 18 gage wire which is flexible enough to curl the edges / or even if you'd like no stem at all ...just adding the dryer sheet leaves to the bottom of the flower. wow sorry I didn't mean to write you a book report ! I like what you've done and thanks for sharing XOXO Alma
Great idea Alma!! I do dryer sheet rolled roses and they turn out adorable. I love your comment. Thank you!!! Keep crafting!

U should make a video
Nice rose and easy, thank you so much!
I loved these, and have to say you are a great teacher...gonna try them myself~~ blessings
+Bevie Sams Well thank you...they sure are fun to make!
I like these. I used pipe cleaners instead of floral wire because that is what I had. You are so right about the low temp hot glue being better. Thanks for sharing this.

BEATIFUL, ROSA..
Thank you so much. Very easy to do.
10 minutes of your life to watch a paper rose being made !
You are the cutest lady!!! Your rose turned out great!!!
What a great tutorial beautiful
I am sure she can make them faster but taking her time to show us👍
EXACTLY
Beautiful very creative. Thanks
Very pretty!
Actually, this seems pretty quick to me. Fold the first ones , (video shows really well how to do that....) Fold the second set, cut , then cut them all in 1/2 from the seam from top to bottom, then fold bottoms up to make flat, and glue onto rod starting midway from where the last one ended. Every craft takes "time" . For how beautiful these are, they are fast indeed. Ty for this tutorial.
Great
i know the wedding will be cute. you worked so hard making flowers. ive done this as well. goog luck.
Lovely! Thanks for sharing. I dipped mine in a watered down acrilyc paint bath and then a second bath with a darker color just half way. Then i finished with an edge coordinatig color for some of thd tips. They came out so real!
Thats pretty..practice makes perfect... Not bad I like it..easy to follow...thank you..
