Tilde Carotini and Mattia Battistini, credited as Mme. Carotini and M. Baptistoni, sing "In questo suolo . . . Ah! l'alto ardor" from "La Favorita" on Empiro 2034, a pirated edition made from G&T 54034, recorded in 1902 in Warsaw. The picture shows the labels of both the pirated edition and the original G&T issue. The G&T edition used a smaller label; the pirated edition's label barely clears the last grooves of the record.
