I used to work for Honda in Ohio and it never ceases to amaze me how other plants do things differently. Some parts of the build is basically the same but also different like installing the engine. And like installing the tires it the same way but Honda installing of the tires are one of the last process.
Lol, The Unions were Great at 1 time but the have destroyed the Auto Industry. I witnessed it FIRST hand in The Chrysler plant In Delaware. The workers turned down 2 Offers and Chrysler said in No words, “Ok no problem”, The Plant was Closed. The property is now the University Delaware now. The plant in Newark Delaware spent over a 100 Million dollars 4 years before it closed for Modernization to make the Durango, New paint Facility, New Test Track in back of the plant. The Durango is still being built. I don’t feel sorry for those who lost there Jobs There, I Wonder where all the UAW managers are now who said back then “ Chrysler will meet our Demands or Else” the “Or else” didn’t work out to well. This from a Delawarean who Witnessed the WHOLE Debacle.
