Lol. Yeah, the only thing I can think is for the stunt stuff. I had a ktm Duke 390 a while back. It had abs and everytime I went out to do wheelies, the light would come on. It also made rear brake control a bit wack for the wheelie game. But otherwise, I'd prefer abs for safety all day.

LOL this is where I didnt do my research but from what the shop told me when they installed the Ohlins for me (Warranty).... You're in luck! Dynademos (RUclips channel) just released a vid for the full fender conversion. They have links for all the different options. Tell em Jon's moto garage sent you! Hahaha!
My hd 48 came with the same full rear fender, and tail light. I think I have only seen 4 of them total (on the internet and 1 in person), and did't know until a few days ago that guys absolutely love those rear fenders! My next bike will either be a Softail Fatbob, or a Dyna Lowrider S, but maybe not in that order because I need all 3 bikes forever.😂😂 You missed a bunch of stuff he did like the LED fuel gauge (they are expensive), the led head and tail light and a bunch of little things hehe
After riding it would you rather have Legends Cartridge Suspension or do you still prefer the Rave Tech Gold Valve Emulators? Also did the swing arm improve handling?
Hey, I have a Low Rider S and am wanting do do a full ABS delete. Is there a kit out there for this or do i just pull the ABS off and jumper a few wires together?
Test riding one today! Went to check out a clubbed out street bob i saw online at Local harley dealer... unfortunately someone bought it that morning. Dealer told me theyre getting a used lowrider S in the next day... destiny?
I’d definitely mob around on it. But the dual gauges are one of my favorite details Aesthetically on the low rider. I’ve come around on the rear fender and tail light. I used to not like it. But I definitely prefer the side flip down plate. Especially the one from the wide glide that stays down. It sucks now that I’m on a bagger I gotta carry my ezpass instead just flipping down the plate
Sweet bike with cool mods if I had to have a Dyna that as as close as I can dream. I would lower the tripleclamps on the fork tubes to level the frame. It would handle better like that. I prefer true sporting bikes myself. That's a cool one though.
Dude I love that bike! I don't think I would change anything I've been looking at some low rider s around my area I found a few. It will be a little while before I can afford one tho. Do you think Thor had the wheels powder coated? Don't they come gold?
Yeah, I forgot to mention that. He sid have em powder coated. Thanks, brotha! Good luck finding one! With patience, you should be able to snag a good one!
How does this bike feel riding compared to your streetbob? Mostly interested about the +2" fork tubes and slightly taller shocks. I've got an FXDLS and want the Topline tubes also, but not sure about the +2". On my stock suspension I'm scraping my Royal T exhaust and want to raise the bike a bit to avoid that when blasting corners.
I'll scrape the street Bob exhaust easy if not being careful. I haven't gotten a ton of seat time on the fxdls yet, but I can tell it's got a much better lean angle. Sits higher and feels like scraping a peg would be very challenging. The street Bob feels like it's slammed in comparison. Lol.
i have a low rider S too and i went 14" rears so far and haven't touched the front. i have +2 tubes but still unsure about internals. but as far as scraping the shocks alone helped soo much I've rubbed my shoe a bit but haven't got the peg down yet. it would be impressive to be honest.
I've had one for six years and put nearly 90,000 KMs on it but it's cost me a lot of money in repairs.Bloody unreliable I'd sell it but it's such a good ride I'd hate to be without it
hey jon can you ask thor by any chance how hard the ABS delete was i cant seem to find any threads on it online? bike is looking SWEET super jealous of the full suspension lol
Hey Jon, Don't know if you can help me, but I live in Spokane,WA., Last time I tried to sell a motor cycle I used Craigslist and the little auto, motor cycle sales rag that I used to use back i n the 70's and 80's. Back in the day just in the paper press rag, I never had to wait more than a week to sell a bike, but now 2 months to sell a Harley 48 with 5000 miles near perfect condition, lots of upgrades, for $5200. The only draw back was that it was a 2010 and sold in 2018, so a little bit older. I look at Craigslist at other bikes and if they are a little high they don't sell, as for me I felt like that Harley 48 was a give away price. What do you think I was doing wrong? Or is that the way things are in the second decade of 2000's? Thanks Jon.
That would sell quickly here in az for $5200. Are the pics of the bike pretty good? You probably already know, but that can make a big difference. If you'd like to, shoot me the link to jonsmotogarage@gmail.com and I'll take a look.
That bike is so sick. My bike is a wanna be of your bike.haha.😎. The clock is winding down tell I'm moved out there to AZ. I plan on getting more involved in upgrading my bike and all my hobbies and putting them on the Web when I get out there.
Can you go into a little more detail on that swingarm? How the lighter weight affects handling when compared to a stock one, like your FXDB. Wondering if the juice is worth the squeeze, I may be in the market for one. Dig the channel, subbed.
Truth be told, I have no idea what the benefits are of it. I was wondering the same myself. Lol. It wasn't on my list of dream upgrades, but the bike happened to have it already.
@@JonsMotoGarage From what I understand, the lighter weight combined with the improved lateral and torsional movement from the spherical bearings used are supposed to be quite an improvement over stock. Almost no reviews on them anywhere though. Food for thought if you find yourself in need of some ideas for content. I'm sure there would be some interest from the Dyna crowd.
Idk. The ninja 300 is an awesome bike! You can actually learn the fundamentals and still push the envelope. There will always be time for a cruiser in the future. I had a ktm Duke 390 for a while and it was such a blast!
@@JonsMotoGarage oh shit nice a Duke 390. Yeah, I've been riding for a year now and I've been getting more comfortable on it. Didn't realize you can have fun with a 300. So I've been going to a twisty reservation to practice my skills.
@@krillonusa For sure! I think we would all be better off starting on something like that. Heck, my supermoto is a 400 and is one of the funnest bikes I have. Lol.
Hey man - I'm looking at one of these right now but my concern is that apparently it gets extremely hot to the point where it slowly cooks your thighs. Have you had any issues with this? Thanks in advance
Damn dude! Are you going to smash 1000subs / week now!!?? 💪🤘 *Edit: Now when I have seen the video.. Oh man that bike is Beautiful! perfection! I think the fotpegs fits as they are, whith the yellow fork (which fits whith the Ohlins who have yellow as their signature color 👌)
Jon's Moto Garage in a way I think that makes them better and more special, you and me are just a few of the lucky ones that get to own one and experience them
Aint it strange how those in charge of marketing dont actually know a thing about attracting a certain audience with marketing! It kills me, HD gets ridnof something good! Never fails! And this is why Indian is slowly taking over the biker market! In my opinion!
Normally, I get a kick out of people going to so much trouble to hide their license plates on videos. Not sure what they think they're protecting as it's quite visible when they travel down the road if someone wants it for nefarious purposes. You OTOH, have a good reason to blot yours out. Not sure about Az, but in Ohio, it's a pretty big deal if the cops catch you doing wheelies on public roads. You might wanna edit that bit. I like that tail light. The Dynas always looked like they were shitting a large red brick to me. This look is way better. It'd be even better if someone could make a flush mount. It's a little "Dyna Bro" for me. Never been much for the whole conformity thing, but if it were mine, I'd: 1. Put a glossy black treatment on the swingarm 2. Get the gold Ohlins piggybacks for the shocks as well as a gold chain to balance the front/middle gold bits and give the bike a little more contrast. 3. Add about 3" of foam to the seat so I didn't feel like I was riding around on a bean bag chair. 4. Get some red plug wires and red wheel tape to add a little more contrast. I know you're a bit of a masochist by the way pound on yourself for fun, but a black bike in Az running a 110 twinkie? You should be given some kind of award for that kind thing. An asbestos nuts trophy or something.
For sure! Good looking out! I agree it's the epitome of a dyna bro set up. Lol. I grew up skateboarding and riding bmx, and the dyna bro seems to be an extension of that. Apparently it was the natural progression. Hahaha!
Just wanted to say I really like your intro. The wheelies and flips and skateboarding with the chill music. Good job dude.
Thanks, brotha! I appreciate it! 🤘😎🙏

Love the lowrider S but my buddy bought one brand new from harley in 3 months broke 3 motor mounts. After the 3rd motor mount he returned it.

That bike is so sick. My bike is a wanna be of your bike.haha.😎. The clock is winding down tell I'm moved out there to AZ. I plan on getting more involved in upgrading my bike and all my hobbies and putting them on the Web when I get out there.
Your bike is an original built by the master! I'm the wannabe here. Hahaha!
Omg I want one! Dope ass bike
Wait, dont you guys have three!? Hahaha! Thanks, man!
How was it deleted? I need to
Delete mine on my 17 FXDLS
What was the price?
I'll do a price reveal next week. Stay tuned!
Lol as my first bike I wanted a cruiser but opt to get a Ninja 300.... man sometimes I regret my decision
Lol.
Did you ever fix you're garage door.
Lol. Not yet. I'm embarrassed to say it, but been running around like a wild man.
What size rear shocks?
I wanna say 13.5"...
Hey man - I'm looking at one of these right now but my concern is that apparently it gets extremely hot to the point where it slowly cooks your thighs. Have you had any issues with this? Thanks in advance
How many inch on the rear shock bro ?
Just stumbled across your channel, your intro and this bike = me subbed lol
Heck yeah! Thanks, brotha! I appreciate the support!
Loving the new angle
Thanks, man! The weight pulls my head a bit to the left, but at least we can see where I'm going. Lol.
Is Dyna low rider same frame as Street Bob?
Yes.
Looking good now it's time to get that thing out for a nice ride👍😁
Right!? Lol. We need to go out for another ride! Low rider s style! Ha!
Can you tell me where I can order the read full fender?
Check out dyna demos (RUclips chnnel). They did a vid on it and have links to a few places. Tell em Jon's moto garage sent you!
Very, very nice. 😎 We'll see you on the next one...👍
Thanks! It's a fun ride for sure!
whats the 0-60 and top speed?
Great question! I haven't timed or trialed either yet, so not sure. Vid to come if/when I do! 🤘🙏
What size are those risers 7 or 9.5in?
I wanna say 10"...or maybe even 12". Someday I'll actually measure them. Lol.
I’d finished it off with a Plex Audio system behind that faring and your full Dyna bro status is complete 😂. Mean looking bike Jon!
Hahaha! Yes! The ultimate dyna bro configuration! I'll get there soon enough! Lol.
Does anyone know the gas gauge/cap set up?
Damn dude!
Are you going to smash 1000subs / week now!!??
💪🤘
*Edit:
Now when I have seen the video..
Oh man that bike is Beautiful! perfection!
I think the fotpegs fits as they are, whith the yellow fork (which fits whith the Ohlins who have yellow as their signature color 👌)
Thanks, man! 1k/wk would be awesome! Lol. But not there yet. Soon enough! Hahaha@
Killer bike dude!
Thanks, man! It's a blast to ride! Hoping to get some more seat time in on it!
Jon's Moto Garage I’ve put 12k on mine since owning it. Love it, would never sell it
@@EasyDoesitmoto Heck yeah! Only drag is they dont make em anymore.
Jon's Moto Garage in a way I think that makes them better and more special, you and me are just a few of the lucky ones that get to own one and experience them
@@EasyDoesitmoto This is true! Good way of looking at it!
Damn man, my dream bike
Wauw, Looks really cool!
I subscribed because you back flipped off your roof.
Hahaha! Thanks, bro!
I would kill for that bike🔥
Hahaha! Thorne killed it with the build for sure! Thanks, man!
Is it gone?
Pretty much what I would like but a fxr 😎😎😎
Heck yeah! I think he did an awesome job with the build!
have the same bike with a couple things here n there but that is very well put together. I agree with taller shocks!
Heck yeah! Taller shocks would really be the cherry on top!
Sick FXDLS, If and when you Come out to NY hit me up!! Come and ride with the Stay Low Crew 🗽⚡
Heck yeah! Thanks for the invite! I'll hit you up for sure if/when I make it out east!
The line that had harleys youth abolished right before our eyes
Aint it strange how those in charge of marketing dont actually know a thing about attracting a certain audience with marketing! It kills me, HD gets ridnof something good! Never fails! And this is why Indian is slowly taking over the biker market! In my opinion!
Don't you find that the dark fairing screen blocks alot of your view?
I haven't had any issues with I. Doesnt really block the field of view much.
One of the craziest bike buy stories.....you did good man killer bike.....🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
Hahaha! Thanks, man! It was a trip, but well worth it!
What is the Instagram page you found this bike on?
That's surely a Sweet ride...I'm currently trying to wrangle a 2016 Moto Guzzi Stornello =)
Thanks, man! I'll have to look that one up! Sounds like a rad ride!
damn that bike is filthy!
😎🤘Heck yeah!
Absolutely beautiful.
Dope bike
MAN! Good looken!

Sounds like a v twin!
The beautiful vtwin sound! Btw just rollin back with our trailer now. Vid to come soon. Trailer life will take some getting used to. Lol.
Would you boot around on this lol no way. HELL YA THAT IS A SWEET RIDE
Hahaha! Rhetorical question, I guess. Lol.
PERFECT!!
Right!? Couldn't ask for much more! Stay tuned for the price reveal! And a lot more rising of course. Lol.

Hahaha! This is true. Prices are OUTRAGEOUS! I'll reveal how much I paid soon (probably next week).
Jon's Moto Garage I’m deff curious lol I dnt no why....... I bought mine brand new in 2016 and haven’t been in the market. But I’m guessing around 18
Logan Pritchard got my 16 fxdls for 16 with 10k miles and bassani pipes
Never been much for the whole conformity thing, but if it were mine, I'd:
1. Put a glossy black treatment on the swingarm
Hahaha!
Badass
