I was a cook from 76-78 aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Campbell, #32, out of Port Angeles, WA. Saw a lot of water, and a few Russian fishing boats. Boy were they gross. I had to inspect on once. But we never had to deal with this. Mostly just saw a lot of water. Green water, grey water, blue water, it was just to dang much water...
Wow that was sure off base.. God bless those boys down in the South East US. They go into danger. They don't get to evacuate when a Cat 5 is coming to town... and some of the drug runners can get pretty mean, and protective of there shit...
