Jack was a major inspiration to me as I released over 100lbs. Thank you Jack. Here is a memorial tribute video for you. I'd say rest in peace but I'm sure you're still moving somewhere.

Jack Lalanne is the one person who may have been in better shape than Bruce Lee. Lalanne once did 1,000 pullups in 90 minutes, only stopping because the skin was ripping off his hands. That's right, one-thousand pullups.

Jack LaLanne was an inspiration to us all whether we wanted to exercise or not he was Mr. Motivation. Oh, by the way, the guy who wrote the piece on Jack, saying that Jack Lalanne pulled 80 boats....I heard on the news today that he pulled 70. My point is, did he pull 70 or did he pull 80? That's why you cannot believe the press, they have major issues with accuracy.

The stress from working out killed him. Maybe he ate good food, who knows. Hopefully he was doing what made him happy more than doing what others wanted him to do.
