this video describe about the place where Akbar coronation was done on 14th of February 1556. After Humayun's death on 19th January 1556 it was a question who will sit on Mughal Throne because Akbar was just of 13 years age and he was living at Kalanaur District Gurdaspur Punjab. So his uncle Bairam Khan took responsibility for the coronation of Akbar on the outskirts of Kalanaur. A special platform was constructed at that time for this ceremony and Akbar coronation was completed. Whenever you visit Gurdaspur or travel from Gurdaspur to Kartarpur corridor on the way in this town Kalanaur you can visit this place it is just 2 km away from Gurdaspur to Dera Baba Nanak Road.
