It's called "Easy Movie Maker" and you can get it for free off of the Microsoft online store (i'd use Windows Movie Maker cuz honestly anything could be better than the one I have but SOMEBODY accidentally deleted it off of my computer,and I can't get it back so egggggh) its very simple and not complex at all and you also have to pay to remove the watermark!! that's cool!!
I didn't notice that until you brought it up?? I just googled it, apparently it's a glitch on youtube's end that a lot of people have been getting recently. Dunno what triggers it, hopefully it doesn't mean anything bad lol
