Dude you don’t need to put fish everywhere , while eating one might step on them so people who are eating food should be concious enough all the time to make sure they don’t step on it which takes away the peace to eat. Think again and remodel as required, one more thing water gets dirty pretty quickly mainly when people come inside getting all the dirt from outside so better limit the fish and water to only a space and not the entire restauarant or remove it completey, though the idea sound cool this idea may not sustain long term due to the maintenenace it required frequently or the fish will die.

Different concept, but as per my knowledge sometimes because of water suddenly/unknowingly if power supplies then it may get shock entire, though we provide earthplug connection and also another one is water becomes dirty due to there's no seperate walkway as lot of people walk only on the same floor.
