Dry Cell - Body Crumbles (Music Video)
- Here's the best quality version of Body Crumbles that is available, copied directly from the Jewel Case CD. I know it's not HD, but I'm not sure what you expect from a music video made in the year 2002.
Disclaimer: I own no content in this video, however, I have permission from Dry Cell (the content owners) to post this video.
Early 2000s had best nu metal & alternative metal bands from back in the day and Dry Cell is one of them man this band is underrated and awesome ,
do they even have any other good songs?… i can’t find any on Apple Music
Every band you call NU Metal, absolutely hates it
@@MoonmanSpacejam what genre would you use to label them?
They only released one fan-frickin-tastic album! "Disconnected" but I'm not surprised its not on Apple music. They were pretty young and didn't stay together as a band very long.
This dude has the absolute best qualities of Scott Weiland and Chester Bennington. So happy STP picked him
Good observation!!! Although talented, I’d much this dude than chester bennington in STP
dude what is STP? thx
@@KirillAFilin Stone Temple Pilots
@@Cliffjumper38 oooh i love em so much to. nut i found em +10 yo. so i was old))))))
Yeah except the album they did with this singer was balls. Wasn’t Jeff’s fault, just the songs weren’t there imo. Such a watered down mediocre album
Goosebumps. Every time. Madden 03. I still play it 20 years later.
Dang I wish I still had a computer that ran Madden 03!
So happy to be there and a apart of it danny / judd/brandon/ jeff always made use feel like family
This bass line alone deserves an award. I love the structure and the artistic side of the song.
Bass line goes hard as fuck! Got my first 5 string and it’s the first song I’m learning. What a legendary song. Maybe not iconic in a cultural context, but it’s iconic to me!
Sad this band never got what they deserved so talented to me anyways love em
Well fortunately the lead singer managed to find great success.
@@Channeleven2345789 the singer is in Stone Temple Pilots now
@@rockboy360 I know, that's what I mean. It's still quite an interesting turn of events.
Dry cell 2022! Still kicking ass! So fucking underrated
Jeff Gutt kinda sounds like Chester Bennington to me and I like it. And still can't believe both were STP vocalists
I remember hearing this song on Madden 2003 on the PS2 back in the day, which U played a lot. 1 of the better songs in the game.
Jeff Gutt is a helluva vocalist! And now look at him!!
and the fucker doesn't even need some kind of voice modifier, very talented
:D
and now Jeff is in STP, damn i would love STP to let him sing some dry cell songs.
And finally release “Disconnected” if he or the other band members of Dry Cell ask Warner Bros. for its licensing back or something.
Kretz recently said the new STP album is going to be heavy as fuck so maybe Jeff will get to cut loose again
In this song Jeff gutt sounds like a hybrid of Jonathan Davis from korn and Alex band from the calling.
Nu-Metalfan 23 Chester from linkin park and mark from adema too.
I don't get where you hear Jonathan Davis in this
He reminds me of Adema's vocalist.
They were dropped because he sounded exactly like Chester Bennington lol and this band was a much crappier version of Linkin Park
Replace Jonathan with Fred Durst outside of the Chorus and you’d be right
The SINGLE most underrated band in the last 2 decades.... Their music is still burns down in this day and age...
Omg this is fucking awesome! That early 2000s Nu Metal will always have a piece of my heart 🤘🏽
Been 10 years since this video has come out and I'm still IN LOVE with this band!!
Make it 20 now. Man I'm old.
@@jessejamesadams4688 no shit, it's crazy.
Been 10 years since your comment has come out and I'm still IN LOVE with it!
Compreensível.
Éra uma banda incrível, com vocais impressionantes.
It’s been too long….
I still hear this song on 07/04/2020 it's so amazing!!!
someone also?
I'm still
yupp getting me threw covid
love it sounds like adema
Love the comment but still sounds like Dry Cell lol
My favorite NU Metal Album came from this band. So sad they disbanded😢
What a sick song, recently discovered this treasure of a band, even though I'd heard Adema for some strange reason this one went under my radar, the last part really pump me up!
I've loved this song for a long time....but just figured out he's the new singer of Stone Temple Pilots.....
Have you ever heard Sick Speed? Just as good.
ruclips.net/video/IMpzvd0tYpM/видео.html
Awesome song and awesome but unfortunately underrated band :(
Wow, I made a comment here 11 years ago and it got 65 likes?! Feels surreal. I'm still returning to this song tho :)
@@LpIwik73 now
Lestat is proud of you, guys.
Child: Mom can we have Linkin Park
Mom: we already have Linkin Park at home
Linkin Park at home:
@Mesablanka which i find really ironic, because Jeff Gutt is now the vocalist of Stone Temple Pilots.
Funny since the singer of this band replaced Chester Bennington in Stone Temple Pilots
@@DeadManSinging1 huh gonna check this band out
difference, is that there is a german lead singer, and also sounds tough, that rocks
Best comment EVER, hands down. I literally lol'ed which is extremely rare for me.
They don’t MAKE HEAVY ROCK, music like they used to❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
I see many in the comments comparing Jeff Gutt to Chester Bennington. It goes even further back than most know. I got this info from another YT comment so not sure if it's 100% true. Anyway Dry Cell and Linkin Park were signed to the same label at the same time.Legend has it that LP were promoted more with a massive marketing budget and DC weren't. They chose LP over DC. Apparently some of the band members were pissed at this and made illegal copies of their album which they sold. And thus they became blacklisted in the indusrty. Jeff went his own way but it was tough with only small gigs. Then XFactor. Then a couple more bands before STP found him.
The ending is the best ever. Madden 03!
Man love this era of rock!❤
Jeff Gutt: a hybrid of Jonathan Davis and Chester Bennington
Me: likes this song
I like too much this song. Its never gets me bored. THANKS!!!
Use me as a nostalgic button for still coming back to this awesome song.
0:42 Finally I find
1:16 Everything's gonna be okay
2:00 Why do you always have to fight?
2:26 My body
I don’t remember how many years ago it was, but my Father had a friend down here in Georgia who loved music and continues to produce named Gary. Anyway, long story short, he gave me this bands “Album Advance many moons ago when I was super into nu-metal in the early 2000’s, and promise me, I’d put Dry Cell’s “Disconnected” up against Linkin Park’s “Hybrid Theory” any day. I know they’re fighting words, but this CD was sooo good..!!!
I tried to add a picture of it, but RUclips sucks with those sorts of things lol
2019??? Almost 2020??? I'm in 🤗
The singer, Scetster Stappington, used his final wish from a genie he acquired to distill 2001 into liquid form. He drank that and this song came out the next day.
21 years I finally see the music video 🤯😳
This is one of the great tracks from the Queen of the Damned Soundtrack, if I recall correctly. Looking forward to seeing him sing with STP this September in Toronto!
It’s 2024 and this is still the shit
This band is a poster child for getting a raw deal from a major label.
I was really thinking this band would take off. Never got to buy a cd cause i couldn't find it when i was a kid. But QotD soundtrack was pretty good at the time. Some of the songs i used to like make me cringe now, but i will never be ashamed for things I liked!
Vou procurar ver
Still listening to this day
Wish this was on spotify
Sheesh I’d rather have more of this than STP tbh
Dry cell has such a unique aura compared to other nu metal bands.
Check out Lifer and Flaw, for a similar vibe. 👍
@@mid-s_to_earlysViBEZ not really tbh
2022 still blasting this at 200% volume
Remember playing Madden 2002 and being excited when this song came on 🥹
Lol, I've known this song for a long while and never seen the music video before. The singer looks like Barney Stinson from How I Met Your Mother. :D
This is like a decade before.
Favorite song on planet earth, the way the found these guys was I looked up similar bands to earshot, and they popped up and now I listen to them, listen to the disconnected album, it is good, at 1st I thought it was garbage, but listen to it
This quality is freakin awesome!
It's the first time I've heard this song AND I LIKED IT!! 🖤
I didn't know that this had an actual music video - I just remember it from that Vampire movie in 2001.
Queen of the Damned 🤘🧛♀️
That bassline dude ... goddamn
still love this song. one of my favorite too
when i first saw USAF Tribute.i know about this song.
i still love this rock track!
i'm here because of queen of the damned
This one sounds like the demo and the demo sounds like the official version with all the better melodies.
Wish they had another album
To be honest, just listen to Linkin Park. They have similar vocals and similar background music too.
The Bass in this song is fucking amazing.
Freekstyle game to ps2 ,. pure nostalgia
I remember getting a 3 track promo cd from warner bros back in the day with this song on it.
He wont be voted off this year. He is back and even better seriously his version of Creep was godlike hehe.
2022. Hi in Russia 🤟🤟🤟
Stay safe, friend! Cheers!
fuck yeah dude!!!!! your back!! you got my vote on xfactor! brings back memories dry cell was one of my favorite bands growing up
2022 still love!!!
That was Dry Cell. Just look up the credits for the soundtrack, or if you own a physical copy it clearly says, Dry Cell on the back.
Shame this band never got big
good stuff, thx for the upload and work you did mate
I fucking love this song. Literally the most 2000s hard song ever. Always liked this sound. Fuck the haters and fuck the record company for not making Dry Cell stars
Awesome shit! Neil Patrick Harris on vocals XD!
Love this song 🔥
Love this song
I like it too
AAAAHHHH LESTAT!!!! c:
😂😂👌👌
still listenin this @ 2024
Awesome song 👍👍
Queen of the Damned
2024 and its been too long since I tried to fly.
Yep.🤠
Another Underrated band
The whole Disconnected album is hit after hit after hit. It’s strange they didn’t take off with that album alone.
01:45 - CUE SO MANY F*CKING TEARS
Cheers Madden NFL 2003!
such an amazing song !
I don't know this song from the Queen of the Damned and honestly don't remember too much about that movie except how much I really didn't like it. However I do remember this song from the movie Grind and that really left an impression on me I will never forget!!!
This song is still good.
Mano esses cara são muito bons
Sim, amigo.
Luv this song
Holy shit thats good quality!
Cool band
@J0nesGal I agree with you except for Screamo. That wasn't even a genre until like 6 years ago. Linkin Park had subtle Hardcore influences, more appropriately East Coast Hardcore such as Hatebreed and Suicidal Tendencies. Dry Cell though is not just rock, they have some programming and even some reggae drum beats. Those are both characteristics of Nu Metal which Dry Cell and Linkin Park are.
Good memories 2006
Sometimes you pour all you got into one great song, and it never is enough. Still though... one fucking great song.
Thank you, love it
this song rocks
i remember this from Madden lol…
This song reminds me of the madden mini camp
SUPER
Long live madden 2003
