I bought him a basketball when he was 6 and he was immediately inspired. I'm not saying that it wouldn't have happened had I not given him that ball, but he likes to credit me for it. It's so embarrassing. I mean he's such a hard worker. I really can't take too much credit for his success, even though he tells me I should. He's so nice like that.

My nigga Stanley Johnson has always had Potential since he was in elementary and middle school. my older cousins went to Parks Junior high school with him. y'all don't understand how hard this nigga worked to get to the NBA Stanley has Always been Ohana family. whoever says he is not good y'all are full of shit. His mama was always on his ass. Rest in peace Coach K she'll forever be loved and remembered. she taught me how to dribble so good. I'm typing with tears because I knew he was gonna be great one day. hell I think everybody knew. Now he's doing it big and God definitely has his bacc. you see he has something to play for , dont do it for anybody else but yo mama Stanley. He's hungry , Love Eli Cervantes Stay Blessed my Brotha 💯💯💯❤

Think of that Pistons second group now. Johnson, Smith, Leuer and Baynes. Then either Hilliard, Bullock or Gbinije. With Ellenson getting spot minutes in place of Leuer. This is a team on the rise.

Everything is great about his game except for the way he drives to the hoop. He needs to take it stronger and not play so tentatively. Even when he dunks it just looks soft and awkward. Stanley, you are 6'7 245, stop trying to finesse your way through everything, you are stronger than most of these dudes, so play like it and go through that contact.
