The flagship is such a strangle looking multi tool, I could never see myself carrying one, but I definitely think I need one for my collection. Very unique to say the least! Love your videos my guy, hope to see you blow up!!
Carried this for about a year and really enjoyed it before it broke. If they ever fix the retention spring that keeps the tools extended I'd get another in a heartbeat
I once bought the Next Tool Flagship, but I am not at all impressed with the quality. I have barely used the tool, but the individual tools are already loose and have play, and I don’t like that at all. I know it’s not the quality of Victorinox or Leatherman, but Roxon or Swiss+tech do it better as well. It has definitely been removed from my collection of other tools. Now it’s lying somewhere in a corner. I tried to cut a slightly thicker branch with the large scissors, and I ended up damaging the blades on the first use, which is pretty bad, isn’t it?
Hello, Hvac, can I ask you about some help? I wish know can i swap scissors to pliers on nextool? The reason why i ask it was idea to buy nextool E1 and sailor mini or flagship and put pliers in E1 multitool. Sorry for my poor English i hope you understand me, and help find the answer. Thanks.
Uh... thanks for making the video, but: The Nextool Flagship Mini is my daily driver and the scissors are terrible. The material is too soft, the metal rolls over easily, it struggles HARD cutting thin, flexible materials like thin nylon bags or bandaids (you really have to squeeze the handles together). I had four of them by now, the scissors are are all bad. They are also bad for making longer cuts in e.gt paper or cardboard, as the handle and frame itself get in the way. BUT: They cut rougher stuff (like little branches) which I have used them for more often after discovering how bad of regular scissors they are. I might even modify one to replace the bottle cap lifter with a secondary pair of scissors from Victorinox, just because the main ones are so bad for anything precise and anything can be a bottle cap lifter, really. I literally never heard anyone complain about the main spring breaking in the scissors, I only heard people complaining about the piece of metal on the handle of the scissors breaking off due to bad heat treatment (didn't have that either). I heard many people complain about the performance of the scissors, also underneath the videos here. Last but not least I wouldn't call a virtually identical looking spring a "HUGE UPGRADE" - especially if they are just fixing a manufacturing defect which likely caused them too many sent back or troubles with the sellers on Aliexpress/Amazon. If they want to impress people, they should upgrade the material and quality of the scissors. And also: How can buyers now know whether or not they buy the "upgraded" version?

If you need something small they are useful. I like the more traditional feel of the mini sailor but I also love my mini flagship too.

I might look at getting another one of these. I got one ages ago but it got really loose really fast. The design is amazing.
I was hoping they'd add tweezers in upgraded version, that would've made it ideal keychain multitool.

Most likely no, they're probably stored in some Amazon warehouse and have been there for months
