Man, that was some of the best driving I've ever seen someone do in a big tire car that gets that far out of line. Ain't too many people who are that in tune with a machine that wild. All that seat time is paying off.

I’m not tryin to be on anybody’s jock but the skill that goes into saving a car in that amount of time is impressive. Even me watching the video I’m telling pull the F’ing shoot, then you did and barely kissed the wall. Top notch thinking and driving all in under 8 seconds my man. Most people can’t even consider turning their blinker on at 35mph in 8 seconds!

Imo, I don't understand how those with families drop money into a car that they have no intention of racing to win. They could use that money on their families. If I were a sponsor, I wouldn't drop one red cent on anyone except Ryan. The sponsors would get the same advertising, alot cheaper, to just duct tape their Company name across the asses of the 14(+ or-) other 405 drivers that only show up to be a cheerleader for Ryan. With the exception of Daddy Dave, Kamikaze and Monza. Congrats to Ryan on his 3rd Championship Title. Like I said, imo.

It shouldn't come as a surprise that having one bullhorn point up and back while the other points down would have an effect on the car. That's why NHRA has a rule on the "up-and-back" angle on the zoomies of nitro cars. I know that fuel cars are exhausting more "air" and at a higher pressure, but the bullhorns on a pro mod car are putting out a good amount of exhaust also.

NPK is going to be very good next season, loads of new cars, I tell you Bobby Ducote is going to be fast to, stinky to, DAVES NEW NPK special built car, something tells me kye Kelly is going to change the combination, he's pissed at been beaten by a quarter or fender, also another new car is coming Robin Roberts...ANYONE THINK KYE IS GOING TO CHANGE COMBONATIONS OR STICK TO NITROUS? THIS SEASON WAS SET UP FOR A NITROUS COMBO....YALL HEARD HIM " I'M SICK OF BEEN PIPPED AT THE END...

Love the car and you guys are awesome. Lot of heart. I agree with Phantom, you couldn’t have handled the situation any better with the exception of maybe pulling chute a tiny earlier. But when it happens and your wheeling inside the vehicle like crazy; it’s easier said than done. Great job saving it. Also Thk it’s funny in a cool way how everyone arround Sean begins to wear black flip flops and black toenails. Lol. God luck and hoping you win one soon

Shawn really showed his driving skill on that wall slap. It was obvious from the video that fluid got under the tires making the car make an immediate turn. I’d venture to estimate that 90%+ of drivers would have stuffed the front end tight into the wall. There’s a good reason this is one of the first times Shawn has crashed a car. His reactions are top tier.

I felt the weight of all that Phantom is dealing with in his voice. The best of a bad situation but still stressful. Shawn: that was damn good driving to only get a few scratches after all that. Can't wait to see The OG Murder Nova with a Pro Charged Hemi on small tires! I'm drooling just thinking about it...mmmmmm........

We’ve witnessed some wild scenes this year with drivers not being able to get the doors open/get out of the car after tickling the wall. Scary stuff. 😬

The Murder Nova is one of my favorite cars of all time… it’s fast as hell, just a matter of getting around Ryan Martin and Kye and he’s at the top. The car flies!!!
