There is this one Otter Elemental in my Group Hug Deck that gives someone an extra turn and protection from that player until your next turn.. maybe something like that?
I feel like #4 is a protection spell ala Teferi's Protection - you have protection from everything until your next turn, so gifting an opponent an extra turn gives them an incentive to attack the other opponents while you're still protected until your next turn (which hasn't happened yet, since they get an extra turn).
For reprints: Swords to Plowshares, Search for Tomorrow, Treasure Cruise, Triumph of Ferocity, Promise of Loyalty I'm gonna guess hint 9 is going to be a creature with offspring and "when this enters, [Thrill of Possibility / Cathartic Reunion]" and hint 12 will be a card that creates Storm Crow tokens. Perhaps Crow Storm ported to black border, since the RWU deck is all about making tokens and going wide.

@FanOfMostEverything Maybe base effect "gain protection from target player until the end of your next turn" with the gift bonus effect being "take an extra turn"? That way it could either be used as a protective spell or, when you use it with the gift effect, a slightly risky power play
I also thoughtof a ritual one either Mana geyser (leans more on the multiplayerness of it all) or BattleHymn (seems like a better fit for the mechanic)
the ones i could get from the artwork spoilers were 1-swords to plowshares 2-chaos warp 3-simic growth? maybe sail into the west if that can get reprinted 4-not sure, my best guess, probably snuff out 5-nine lives

I think a fun thing that's worth gifting an extra turn could be something like teferi's protection. That without gifting it only phases out your creatures, but if you give the gift you and the other permanents also phase out. And the opponent with the extra turn can use it to strengthen its board, draw into more interaction or kill another player! Sounds like the perfect group hug card
I bet the otters sailing is Tempt with Discovery. The art is very green, which makes Treasure Cruise or Chart a Course feel less likely, plus we know the group hug deck is going to have a tempt card already!
Gift is one of my favorite mechanics, Ive been playing the gift cards and they are a lot of fun. I really hope it sticks around and we get more variety of cards with gift in a variety of colors
When do we get ways to deal with Emblems? Getting cards back from exile? Punish opponents for casting a spell for 0 mana like Boromir, Warden of the Tower and/or Wandering Archaic?

the "five instances of the number 20" smells like squirrels to me, somehow. like you create 20 squirrels if you have 20 or more tokens, each opponent loses 20 life and you gain 20? weird! i kinda doubt it'll be a 20/20 creature lmao

The cool new art borderless planeswalker reprints with the Commander set symbol on them were stated in the debut video to be in the commander precons, so I’ve been assuming the other reprints spoiled were, as well. Today I see a Baleful Strix, which can’t fit in any of the decks since none of them contain blue and black. Any info about where these cards are appearing? If they’re 60-card format legal and not in the decks, why do they have the commander set symbol? Am I gonna open a collector booster of Bloomburrow and get a Baleful Strix in one of the slots that could have been a rare?

Crow Storm already exists from Unstable, it can't be reprinted because of Silver Border/alternate back issues with legality, but he said this isn't about reprints anyways and I don't think they'd make that same card
So will Bandit have English translation available? It’s great that MTG is embracing its international creators and I hope that continues, but unfortunately I don’t speak much French. The Raccoon deck is the most exciting one to me, so I’m hoping to see what it has to offer.
That Zinnia bird bard is extremely pushed in my opinion & boy...with the right deck, that ability to give each creature Offspring is just downright crazy. So, in Modern Horizon 3 there was a commander precon creature named Silverquill Lecturer. It was mainly overlooked but in the 99 of Zinnia... omg. Silverquill Lecturer gives demonstrate to all creatures you have. These two creatures on board lead to some confusing ETB stacks & massive boardstates as long as you are willing to give a copy of your creature to an opponent with demonstrate but honestly, who wouldn't? You are burying the table with value by then.
