Boneyard Billings Thanks! We had a hard time finding this type of information when we were looking at exhausts so we thought this would help others out. Glad to hear you went with barkers! You won’t regret it. We love them! They will come without a quiet core so you won’t have to worry about removing them. You might want to get their spark arrestor to put in them if you are trail riding. That is all we have in ours while trail riding Michigan trails. I also recommend the Fuel Custom Intake (FCI) as well so you will get the full punch out of the dual barkers. That being said you will NEED to add a fuel controller so you can richen up the fuel ratio. We have the Dynojet power commander fuel controller. (PCFC). Either the PCFC or the power commander 5 (PCV) will work great. The PCFC is a simpler less expensive version of the PCV. If all you plan on doing is dumping a map into the fuel controller there is no need to spend the extra money on the PCV. Barkers has a map specifically made up for their full dual exhaust with the fuel custom intake and a power commander. If you get the Big 3 package from them the dynojet will come setup with their map already on it. Sorry I wrote a book for a reply. Lol.
Rey Diaz. Thanks! That is why we made the videos. We had the same problems trying to find up to date information. We were hoping it would help somebody else. Too bad we recorded in a bad format. Ha. The next videos will be better. I do see good things on the Monster exhaust as well but do not have experience with it so I can’t say which would be better, although, I think any way you go will give you a nice increase. Especially if you get the Dynojet and add in the Fuel Custom Intake. We are partial to the Barkers though, because they are Michigan made. 👍 We also like the unique look of the duals. They stand out.
Rey Diaz I got thinking and wanted to add this. If you do decide to go with barkers I can guarantee that you would not be disappointed. The fit and finish is excellent. The quality of the exhausts are top notch. The customer service at barkers is second to none. The performance increase out of the full dual exhaust is amazing.
RaptorGang18 Barker’s it is, thanks a lot for the feed back, I’m going with the big 3(fci, pc5, barkers dual) I’ll be uploading a video once I get my kit installed👍🏽
Sorry I know this video is older but are these quads +2015? I am asking because I want to add this setup to my 2020 Raptor 700R SE, but I want to see if it would sound this good since mine only has the single header :( I just don’t want to spend that extra money on the dual to only be disappointed at the end. Thank you!!
Do I need to get the FCI, will it affect my raptor if I don't get it because I know I HAVE to get the PCV because my bike will run lean if I don't. Just want to know if it's necessary to get the FCI?
Wasay Rehman You do not need to get the FCI as long as you can find a map for the PCV to get the fuel ratio correct. Adding the FCI makes it much easier to get the correct map on the PCV. Barkers has the map made for you if you do the full barkers dual with the FCI and PCV.
Wasay Rehman According to your other comment about putting your Barkers back on. That’s awesome! Since you already have the Barkers they may send you the map if you add the FCI and the PCV. We ended up going that route with Barkers. We had the fuel controller already when we bought our Barkers. We just needed the FCI and the exhaust so they sent us the map for us to install on our fuel controller. I emailed customer support at Barkers and asked them many questions and they were extremely helpful at getting us set up. Just wanted to throw that option out there for you. The FCI is still not necessary. Just have to find a good map to use. The dynojet website has some premade for you to install on the PCV. One of them may be close enough for you to get a correct ratio. You would be guessing though.
Peyton Mitchell we are running the ITP Hole HD’s. Front 22x7-10 and Rears 20x11-9. For balancing we put 2.5 oz of balance beads in each tire. I know that sounds crazy but our local discount tire guy recommends doing that instead of adding weights. So if you feel the need to balance your tires then balance beads are a good option.
Wow. First of all, thanks for a proper exhaust video. Just ordered my dual Barker's and am most certainly taking out the quiet core!

@@RaptorGang All good bro, I appreciate the info!!
Sick dude! I have the same.
Awesome! We absolutely love the exhaust
Hey , can you give me the link to the dual barker round can please?
It’s real hard to find videos on newer gen Raptors, awesome video👍🏽 still debating on barker’s dual or Monster single, any opinions?

RaptorGang18 It’s definitely a lot of help you can notice the difference between the exhausts, great quads.
Thanks for the info

Two are 2018 and one is 2017. All three have the single header
I couldn't really tell a difference between quiet core and none quiet core? In person, is there much of a difference?
Kane Howard not a big difference in sound, but it is slightly noticeable. You will notice a very small decrease in performance though
@@RaptorGang Thank You for the video and the reply! 👍
What's the dbls of the exust I can't go to far over 96
Did you do the ais block off plate as well, because I don't hear them popping on deceleration.
Darrick Dykstra Yes. We installed the ais block off plate from Cuervo Racing.
AIS block off plate?

What tires are the 2018 bikes running? And what sizes?

Thanks, I have a 2017 700 SE and I need tires pretty bad, doing wheelies on the street makes them back tires go bald REAL quick lol
I regret removing my barker duals and replacing it with a stock exhaust 😭
Wasay Rehman that’s so sad man 😭
@@RaptorGang Luckily I'm adding them back but with a quiet core
The dual exhaust its better
MrTKOperformance we def agree, dual is the way to go!!
We have over 1000 miles on this setup and couldn’t be happier with the barkers and FCI.
