As someone who had never really crocheted before, I highly recommend the woobles kits. I bought the Cinnamoroll one purely for the hook to be honest, but I really appreciated how comprehensive the tutorials were. They made it really easy to see and understand what I was doing. It totally made me fall in love with crochet and I’ve ended up doing a bunch of projects since then.
I’ll literally do anything for the code 😭 I don’t have enough money to buy the kit but I have white and blue yarn and REALLY wanted to make this Woobles design is it possible I can have the code I’ll do anything😢

A little tip to make your amigurumi even better, with less gaps is to go yarn under, yarn over. Here you are going yarn over the hook both times and that will give you more gaps :) good luck!

I've been debating ordering those Sanrio Woobles myself ever since I bought one kit (Sebastian the Lion!) from my local Joann's craft store since they started carrying a handful of their kits there. I will say that the stitch markers will relax and open up more given time if you're not using them on a project and leave them in the "unlocked" position. I've noticed the same style of stitch markers I've purchased for use on my various projects will look a lot like the Wooble ones if I set a project aside for more than a few days and came back to it.

yes, i really like that you used kids toys, theyre made for kids but adults can def enjoy and find peace in using some toys and kits made for kids : ) beautiful sakuras
Instead of buying a yarn bowl you can always use a bowl you already own! I recommend a larger heavier glass bowl just cause I've found any kind of light or plastic bowl will get pulled towards you as you work and a lot of yarn will be too big to fit in a smaller bowl. Can't wait to continue watching your crochet journey Minori!

I use those style stitch markers and their openings aren't as narrow as those ones. It's probably from being held closed in the package for so long! I'm actually crocheting while I watch the video right now lol
Fir the eyes the round ain’t is meant to go down to the peice nit to you. This way they stay on better as your pushing and it gives more space for your fingers, hopefully this makes it easier for you to pop eyes on. If you still can’t get the backing on you can cut a tiny slit with a scissors and it will go on, if you wan to seal it a bit better after you can melt it a little as well.

BUT for this yarn i would use a smaller hook, so that it is firmer and no spaces between the stitches.
