That looks so tasty. I made a Venison meatloaf a few weeks back. Used a metal cake pan and it worked great. Any pan that will survive the oven will do great in the AF.

Look at the amount of space in an oven and compare to the amount of space in an air fryer. You are constantly heating up a large space in the oven compared to the small space in the air fryer 😮💥😎

I have to say that meatloaf looks delicious. I had my doubts about the colour of the meat looking a good brown but it did! I will try this.

With no tin foil on bottom you get the grease to drip below the tray rather than cooking in its own grease.

Yes I remove the drippings on the top. The foil doesn't stick to mine.

It only calls for 2 teaspoon. I don't know if I fully understand when you say substitute italian saesoning.
