    My birds fly free out of their cage enabling them to get plenty of exercise. Their cage is like their bedroom. I also hang a rack over the sliding glass door for them to perch. They love flying between the two spots + they get plenty of sunshine. Check out my postings here on YT. However, I think your cage is too crowded. Your birds do look quite healthy! Thank you for sharing!☺

      Hello. I always have my little birds loose, but at the moment I only have 6. The secret to being healthy is to change the water they drink and bathe in every day and check their diverse food. Fresh apples and vegetables from time to time. I'm going to watch your video. Thank you 😄

      @@tonyXpress Awesome Tony, its a pleasure meeting you! I love your birds, 6 awesome! Thanks for the great tips. I am relatively new to bird stewardship but have always been a big lover of birds. They need to get out & as long as they like their cage, they'll always fly back. I found a cute little pair from the Humane Society & since I'm retired, they fit right in. Cheers!😊

    Do parent finches live peacefully with their fully grown babies? Or do they need to be seperated?

    • @tonyXpress
      @tonyXpress  4 года назад +7

      Yes, they can live peacefully with their children🐥🐣. As soon as they start feeding alone, parents ignore them.
      Thank you 😄 👍

    Tenho uma ninhada. Vocês costumam deixar os irmãos se reproduzirem entre si? Há algum prejuízo para os pássaros? Logo estarão adultos e terei que pensar nisso...

    • @tonyXpress
      @tonyXpress  4 года назад +1

      Olá. Quando são irmãos diretos, não convém acasalarem entre si.
      A perfeição, a saúde deles e a sua própria sobrevivência, ficam em risco.
      Digo isto por experiência própria. Convém você trocar com alguém 1 ou 2 fêmeas ou então arranjar uma fêmea de outra ninhada (visto que nascem sempre mais machos) e você pode ficar com todos eles. Se nasceram da sua ninhada uns 5, você deverá ter duas fêmeas, certo!?
      Obrigado e volte sempre 🤗👍

    Way to over crowded. Finches need a long cage with plenty of room to fly.

    • @tonyXpress
      @tonyXpress  5 лет назад +1

      You need a bigger cage, you say. The cages are not for the birds to live! If you want to criticize birdies in cages, you have a lot of work ahead, here on You Tube and I'll help you on that. Boa semana.

    • @patriciaconnors8442
      @patriciaconnors8442 5 лет назад +1

      tonyXpress You show the birds in a very crowded cage. I wasn't criticizing you at all. No need to be rude just trying to help. If the birds are not kept in the cage all the time and are free to fly that's good. They look very healthy so I know you are treating them well.

    • @tonyXpress
      @tonyXpress  5 лет назад +1

      @@patriciaconnors8442 I wasn't rude to you. I'm just against the birds in crowded cages, like you said. I treat everyone very well and all sixteen that I have here have a name and their own personality. Those who keep little birds in tiny cages or crowded, are nothing but a bird asylum. I'm sorry if I was rude to you but my English is not very good. I wish you a happy day
