1 Hour of Mixed Aviary Birds - Gouldian Finch, Carary, Quail, Zebra Finch and more!

- Enjoy an hour of my new aviary and birds. There are Gouldian finches, Canaries, Zebra finches, Bengalese finches, Chinese quail and a pair of Bourkes parakeets.
I've been blasting bird videos out of my room for a solid 2 yrs now. This video seems to attract more birds and more variety of species near the window. It use to excite the heck out of my Finches in the morning when I would play it for them.
I just got a hamster today. He was housed in a room with lots of birds, so I am letting this run in the background so he has familiar sounds around him and (hopefully) feel safe because he is already used to these noises. I will slowly phase them out. I thought it would be annoying for me to listen to, but turns out, it is actually nice to listen to and watch. Cute birds!

I called my Hamster Momo. But this comment was 2 years ago and hamsters... well... she crossed the rainbow bridge a while ago. Lived a happy, healthy life though and was almost 2 years when she passed.

Are you located in the UK? Just wondering what you do with your Gouldians over winter? Do you allow them access to the outside flight still or keep them in the birdroom only?
Thank you very much for this video. For health reasons I have not been able to keep birds for several years. I had the same species of birds as in the video. Also I had Neochmia ruficauda and Euodice cantans. I don´t know the english names, sorry. I love the birds very much, but I can barely breathe in her presence. :( Greets from Germany

Have you tried conifer trees in for the finches and canary's they love them and to hide and nest in them
Its quite full with the bamboo in there but i may add more cover.

I am redecorating a bedroom with a large cage. I keep hearing what sounds like morning doves cooing at each other buts doves are very much a larger bird. Can you tell me what breed is cooing?

@@tiki_riot I know the church has probably hurt you, and the Christians have probably not given you a good impression, but it is all and only about Jesus and a relationship with him, love from him, and love to him. That is what the whole deal is about, and when you have that relationship and you know God, and are known by God, then you are part of His family, and will be welcomed on the new earth. :)
